As the echoes of laughter and excitement from Aika's match faded, the atmosphere shifted among the foreign ninja watching from the sidelines. Delegations from various nations had come to witness the tournament, and the spectacle Aika had just created left them buzzing with a mix of shock, disbelief, and intrigue.

The Land of Stone representatives were visibly embarrassed after their elite shinobi, Genbu, had been so thoroughly humiliated. One elder scratched his head, mumbling, "I knew we should have sent someone else. What happened to our pride?"

A young ninja from the delegation sighed, "She turned our strongest into a laughingstock. How does she even do that?"

"Let's not dwell on it," another elder interjected. "We need to assess the threat. If she can do that to Genbu, what else can she do?"

Meanwhile, the Land of Lightning team, consisting of some of the most skilled and experienced shinobi, was discussing Aika's abilities with awe.

"Did you see how she redirected that lightning?" one jonin exclaimed. "She turned it into bees! This girl is not just talented; she's unpredictable!"

"I think she's a problem," another elder added, his brow furrowed. "If she can manipulate elements like that, she could easily destabilize our forces."

Their leader, a seasoned jonin, nodded gravely. "We need to send someone to challenge her. We can't allow her antics to undermine our reputation."

The Land of Wind representatives were leaning in, intrigued by Aika's antics.

"Now that's a different kind of shinobi," one of their kunoichi said, smiling. "She fights with humor. It's almost refreshing!"

"I'd like to see her in action against one of our jutsu," a tall, stoic figure from their delegation mused. "She might find out that not all battles can be won with pranks."

After a brief deliberation, the Land of Lightning delegation decided that they had to send one of their own to face Aika. They turned to their most formidable jonin, Raiden, known for his mastery of lightning techniques and his serious demeanor.

"Raiden, you'll take on this girl. Show her that while she can play games, true power lies in strength and discipline."

Raiden frowned, looking at Aika from a distance. "I'll take her seriously. But if she pulls one more prank..."

"Exactly. Show her that she can't just toy with shinobi," the elder replied, determination etched on his face.

As the proctor announced the upcoming match, a hush fell over the crowd. Aika, still riding high from her victory over Daichi, skipped back into the arena, her cheerful demeanor as infectious as ever.

The moment Raiden stepped into the arena, the atmosphere shifted. His presence was commanding, and he radiated a seriousness that Aika found amusing.

"Are you here to fight or to give a lecture?" Aika teased, twirling her umbrella again. "You seem a bit... tense!"

Raiden's eyes narrowed. "I'm here to show you what real power looks like. Let's see if your pranks can withstand the strength of the Land of Lightning!"

With the proctor's signal, Raiden wasted no time. He formed hand seals quickly, summoning Lightning Release: Thunderstorm, creating a dark cloud above the arena that began to rain down electrical strikes.

Aika clapped her hands together, grinning widely. "Oh, you brought the weather? I hope it doesn't rain on my parade!"

As the lightning bolts struck, Aika danced around the arena, her movements fluid and playful. Just before one of the bolts could hit her, she raised her hand, and the bolt transformed into a rainbow-colored kite that floated gently away.

"Look! A kite!" Aika shouted gleefully, pointing at the kite that was now flying over the arena, much to the confusion of Raiden and the crowd.

"Focus!" Raiden barked, trying to regain his composure. He charged forward, trying to land a direct hit, but Aika was ready.

With another clap, the ground beneath him turned into a bouncy castle, sending him bouncing back into the air.

Raiden landed clumsily on the bouncy castle surface, his serious demeanor cracking as he struggled to maintain balance. Aika giggled, jumping alongside him. "I didn't know you liked to jump! Want to play?"

The crowd roared with laughter, and even Raiden couldn't suppress a smirk, but he quickly regained his focus, landing back on the ground.

Raiden quickly formed another set of hand seals, aiming to trap Aika in a Lightning Cage. But Aika, seeing him focused, decided to up the ante. She flicked her fingers, and suddenly, the entire arena was filled with sparkling confetti that buzzed with electric energy.

The confetti swirled around Raiden, distracting him as it showered down like a colorful storm, shimmering with lights. Each piece exploded with a harmless pop, sending small sparks flying everywhere.

"Surprise!" Aika exclaimed, throwing her arms wide as the crowd cheered.

Raiden leaped forward, aiming for a quick strike. But before he could reach her, Aika snapped her fingers, and his pants began to glow bright yellow, vibrating and buzzing like they had a mind of their own.

Raiden's eyes widened as he felt a tingling sensation. "Not again!" he shouted, trying to shake them off, but it only made them buzz more wildly. The crowd roared with laughter, and Raiden's pride took another hit.

With one last effort, Raiden gathered his strength and unleashed Lightning Release: Storm Front, calling down a massive torrent of lightning from the sky.

But Aika, unfazed, raised her arms dramatically. "You think you can outshine me? Watch this!"

In a breathtaking twist, she spun in a circle, and the falling lightning transformed into colorful balloons, floating harmlessly above them. Raiden's jaw dropped as the arena was filled with an array of bright colors instead of danger.

With one final move, Aika conjured up a giant pie that flew straight toward Raiden, landing squarely on his face. The crowd exploded in laughter, and even Raiden had to chuckle, despite his humiliation.

"Winner: Aika!" the proctor announced, raising her hand as the audience erupted into applause and cheers.

As Raiden wiped the pie off his face, he looked at Aika with newfound respect. "You're more than just a prankster. Your skills are impressive."

Aika beamed, still playful. "Thanks! You were a great sport! Maybe next time, bring a change of pants?"

The delegations from the Land of Lightning were left in awe. They realized that Aika was not just a force to be reckoned with but also a strategist with a unique approach to battle.

The discussions among them shifted from merely challenging her to considering how they could ally with someone so unpredictable and talented.

As they prepared to leave, the excitement of Aika's performances continued to ripple through the tournament, setting the stage for even more chaotic, comical battles to come
