As the Akatsuki continued to rise in power, the organization welcomed one of its newest and most significant members, Itachi Uchiha. His loyalty was unwavering, though it was known to only a select few in Konoha that his allegiance lay elsewhere. Itachi's place in the Akatsuki was strategic, a mission to spy on their inner workings and report back to Konoha, but he had to play his role convincingly.
It didn't take long for the news of Itachi's new rank in the Akatsuki to reach Konoha. As a Jonin, Aika was privy to certain classified information, and when she learned of Itachi's position, her chaotic mind immediately began to swirl with possibilities.
"Itachi...in the Akatsuki? Oh, this is too perfect," she muttered, a mischievous grin stretching across her face. "I've always wanted to mess with that group of grumpy criminals."
Knowing that Itachi's mission was critical and dangerous, Aika couldn't resist her urge to prank the Akatsuki—without, of course, revealing herself or compromising his mission.
Aika's chaotic energy thrived in situations like this. The Akatsuki was composed of serious, powerful shinobi who could dismantle nations. To Aika, this was an opportunity to pull off the most absurd and entertaining pranks without getting caught.
First, she researched the known members of the Akatsuki: Pain, the self-proclaimed leader; Kisame, the brutal shark-like swordsman; Deidara, an explosive artist; Sasori, a puppet master; and the others, each more menacing than the last. But to Aika, they were just perfect targets.
Aika knew she had to be careful—her pranks had to be undetectable, subtle enough to cause chaos but not so overt that they'd realize someone was pulling the strings. After all, she couldn't afford to expose Itachi's double life.
Aika's first target was Deidara, the volatile artist obsessed with blowing things up. She knew he took great pride in his explosives and treated his work with a near-religious reverence. One night, while Deidara was resting after a mission, Aika snuck into his workshop using a transformation jutsu to stay hidden.
With a gleeful expression, she tampered with his clay explosives, replacing some of them with harmless, brightly colored confetti bombs. She left everything in its place, her hand twitching in excitement at the thought of Deidara's reaction.
The next morning, Deidara prepared for a demonstration in front of the Akatsuki members. With dramatic flair, he crafted one of his bird sculptures and set it off to explode.
BOOM!
Only, instead of a massive explosion, a shower of rainbow-colored confetti filled the air, fluttering around the room like party decorations. Deidara froze, stunned into silence as the Akatsuki members stared at him.
"W-what is this?! My art! This isn't art! It's...it's a joke!" Deidara sputtered, his pride crushed.
Kisame burst into laughter, clapping Deidara on the back. "Looks like your 'art' is ready for kids' birthday parties now!"
Deidara was mortified, and Aika, miles away, cackled to herself in her hideout, relishing the chaos she had sown.
Next up was Sasori, the puppet master. His eerie, human-like puppets were his pride and joy, each one painstakingly crafted to suit his deadly needs. Aika, with her love for absurdity, had a field day thinking of ways to mess with his collection.
