After her chaotic victory over Raiden, Aika decided to take a breather. The past two days had been a whirlwind of absurdity, laughter, and—much to her dismay—constant marriage proposals from a variety of admirers. She thought that after a day of rest, things would settle down, but the excitement surrounding her only escalated.
As Aika lounged under a tree in the village training grounds, a group of her classmates approached her. Their eyes sparkled with admiration as they spoke in unison.
"Aika! You were amazing in your last fight! You turned that serious jonin into a joke!"
"Yeah! How do you do that? You should teach us your techniques!"
Blushing slightly, Aika waved her hand dismissively. "Oh, it was nothing really. Just a bit of fun!"
But their compliments only fueled the attention she received. One particularly bold classmate, Hiro, blurted out, "If you keep impressing us like that, I might have to propose, too!"
The others laughed, but the joke seemed to awaken the previous flood of marriage proposals. Each day, villagers, clan elders, and even a few nervous academy students approached her with exaggerated sincerity.
"Marry me, Aika! Our clan needs your unique talents!" shouted an elder from the Uchiha clan, his face flushed.
"Join the Inuzuka family! We can raise the best ninja pups together!" another added, clutching a dog at his side.
With each new proposal, Aika felt more and more embarrassed, her cheeks heating up. "Guys, come on! I'm not even old enough to think about marriage!"
But the laughter and joking continued, turning her life into a comedic spectacle. She finally threw her hands up in surrender, laughing along, "Alright, alright! If this keeps up, I'll start charging for my hand!"
And, just as she was about to lie down again for a well-deserved rest, another group of eager classmates approached her, eyes wide with excitement.
"Aika, you were phenomenal! I'd trade my favorite jutsu just to have a chance to train with you!" shouted Kaito, a shy but determined shinobi from the Yamanaka clan.
"Who needs training when you could have a wife like her?" chimed in Yuki, a girl from the Haruno clan, batting her eyelashes dramatically. "I can't cook, but I can certainly bake you a cake every day!"
"Yeah! And I promise to always have your favorite snacks waiting for you!" added another classmate, a little too eagerly. "What do you say, Aika? Marry me, and I'll even throw in a lifetime supply of dango!"
Aika couldn't help but laugh, her cheeks turning a shade of pink. "You guys are too much! I'm flattered, really, but-"
Before she could finish, a loud voice boomed from the back. It was Haruto, a brash ninja from the Nara clan, who strutted forward with an exaggerated swagger. "Aika! You're like a comet shooting across the night sky! I'd swim through a river of ink just to win your heart!"
Aika covered her mouth, trying to stifle her giggles. "Haruto, you know that sounds incredibly messy, right?"
"Messy? Love is messy! But I'd gladly embrace it for you! So, what do you say? Will you marry me?" He dropped to one knee, dramatically holding out a flower that was actually a whoopee cushion.
Aika couldn't contain her laughter any longer. "Oh, Haruto, I appreciate the offer, but—"
Suddenly, Mika, a fierce kunoichi from the Inuzuka clan, jumped into the fray, her dog beside her. "Aika, if you marry Haruto, I'll have to adopt a dozen dogs to help protect you from his terrible pickup lines!"
