Charcuterie Board (serves 6-8)

A curated selection of fresh apple slices, juicy grapes, and seasonal berries, perfectly paired with Brie, Gouda, and Aged Cheddar cheeses. Accompanied by savory Prosciutto, salami, and chorizo, and served alongside aromatic seasoned ciabatta bread and gourmet crackers. An ideal combination of sweet, savory, and crunchy for a delightful sharing experience.

Ingredients:

- Fruits:
- 1-2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (red or green)
- 1 cup seasonal berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

- Cheeses:
- 6 oz Brie cheese
- 6 oz Gouda cheese
- 6 oz Aged Cheddar cheese

- Meats:
- 4 oz Prosciutto
- 4 oz Salami
- 4 oz Chorizo

- For the Seasoned Bread:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110°F/45°C)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- For the Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

- Crackers:
- Assorted gourmet crackers (e.g., water crackers, whole wheat, rosemary crackers)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seasoned Ciabatta Bread: Follow the recipe above to bake the seasoned ciabatta bread from scratch, brushing it with the seasoned olive oil before and after baking for a delicious, aromatic crust.

2. Assemble the Charcuterie Board:
- Arrange the sliced apples, grapes, and seasonal berries on a large platter or wooden board.
- Place the Brie, Gouda, and Aged Cheddar cheeses in different sections of the board. Leave the Brie whole, but slice the Gouda and Aged Cheddar for easy serving.
- Neatly fold or roll the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo and arrange them around the cheeses.
- Slice the seasoned ciabatta bread and place it alongside the meats and cheeses. Add a selection of gourmet crackers.

3. Serve:
- Garnish the board with fresh herbs or edible flowers for presentation, and serve with small plates for guests to build their own combinations of fruit, cheese, meats, and bread or crackers.
