"Crack!!" I woke up to a sudden sound. Like the breaking of a thin branch.

"Where are you going?" I tightened my hold around her waist, seeing her try to sneak away.

The rain had stopped. I was afraid that she was trying to leave while I was sound asleep. We were laying on the hard wooden floor without any mattress. My head was resting on her left arm while my arms circled around her waist, refusing to let her go. Her clothes were still damp.

"To the bathroom. Ouch~!" She whimpered in pain when I adjusted my head in a more comfortable position on her arm.

"Wait! that crackling sound from earlier..." I gasped loudly and immediately sat up. "Was that from your shoulder? It is THAT shoulder right? Did I break it?" I panicked.

"No you didn't, it's just stiff from staying in the same position for too long. Don't worry." She stood up and stretched her arms back and forth, up and down to assure me. "See, it's fine."

"Are you hungry?" She asked.

"I– Aaatchoo!!"

"Did you catch a cold?" She scrunched her eyebrows. "I'll go get some medicines along with something to eat. Okay?"

"No!" I clutched the side of her damp t-shirt with my fingers. "It was just a sneeze. So you don't need to go anywhere." I said looking down. After being so vulnerable in front of her last night, I felt awkward around her. Yet I didn't want her to leave my sight for even a second.

"Then what about food? Aren't you hungry? Well I am."

"I– I can cook." I offered.

"With what? There is nothing here. The house is empty Yoongi." Ah right. This house was no longer a home.

She sighed, "I'll be quick. Hmm?" I nodded and let go of her t-shirt.

I waited for her siting in the backyard, bathing in the mellow sunlight seeping through the clouds; a contrast to the wet grass beneath my naked feet. When an ethereal yellow butterfly appeared in front of me, fluttering around my fingers. It looked otherworldly, like it had lost its way from the gardens of heaven itself. It was so beautiful that I wanted to touch it, and I did. But I instantly regretted when it's wings dissolved between my fingers. Leavings behind yellow dust on my fingertips, it disappeared from my sight. Sudden fear gripped my heart.
