Camila's POV
It is not the first time I shared a bed with Lauren. It was the third night, but somehow it felt more serious. Probably, it was because of this bed. It was not the bed in the hotel room, it was her very own bed, in her house. She told me I was the first woman she shared this bed with. I knew she told the truth. I knew she did not lie. She was not that person who lied. Although she was always so sweet when she talked, she always sounded genuine. She always knew what to say and when to say it. I hoped the genuineness I felt was real not my hallucination because I was in love with her.
"What time should we get up?" I asked Lauren.
"It's up to you. I am still enjoying my holiday, and don't worry about Leo and Thunder, Mrs. Penn and Mrs. Wilson are coming tomorrow." She told me before I mentioned Leo and Thunder.
"But it's my job," I told her. I still wanted to keep my job.
"Yes, you haven't had your days off." She said. "So, you can skip a day."
"I have had two days off..." I felt like I was on holiday. It was one of the best holidays I ever had.
"No, you have taken good care of your mentor these past two days." She chuckled.
"Uh-huh?! By having a party and good food, staying at a five-stars-hotel, and having new clothes." She must be joking. "It's the other way around, I was taken care of by my mentor."
"You have taken care of me by being by my side and sharing kisses with me," She smiled, "That's more than enough for me."
"..." I was speechless again. "What time do you want to wake up?"
"Let's not plan about it. Just sleep until we wake up." She suggested.
"Okay, Ms. J!" I caressed her face, "you are the boss!"
Lauren kissed me after I called her Ms. J. She kissed me a little bit harder whenever I called her Ms. J, but she only kissed me harder for a while before she kissed me gentler. We shared a long gentle kiss before she turned off the last light. We did not do anything sexual, just gentle kissing and caressing each other. I was fine as long as Lauren did not start and move her hands to seduce me. We silently agreed to just share gentle kisses. We lightly caressed each other in the dark. We enjoyed the silence moment hugging each other close as we closed our eyes and slowly drifted off.
.
I did not see Lauren when I slowly opened my eyes, waking up from my sleep. I slightly looked around the room. There was no sign of her. I closed my eyes to snooze for another five minutes. It did not matter what time it was. Another five minutes would not hurt. I did not have to take care of Leo and Thunder anyway. The boss had told me that I could skip a day. I was glad she told me so last night. So, I did not have to worry about losing my job. I thought five minutes was not enough. The room was still dark, I could snooze for another half hour.
I opened my eyes again, and I saw Lauren, sitting on the chair across the bed, reading a book. I looked at her. I did not move but she knew I was awake. She looked at me and smiled. She closed her book and put it on the table before she walked to me with a glass of water. "Good morning!" She put the glass of water on the nightstand and sat on the bed next to me. She kissed my forehead. "Did you sleep well?"
"Yea..." I nodded. "What time is it?" I stretched my body.
"It's ten to nine." She caressed my hand. I was a little shocked, thinking of snoozing for thirty minutes but it was more.
