Fedor is a very old and powerful Moroi man with incredible skills and immense knowledge. He was born in Russia, he was coming from a very rich family and he studied science. He came to America when he was thirty five and he lived and died here, as people had known. Of course he faked his death cause he wasn't aging normally physically and looked way younger than his age, at some point he became 100 years old and had to fake his death so people wouldn't know what he was. Since then he had been living in secret, hidding in secluded places all over America and sometimes even in other continents. He always had at least two Dhampir guardians who were dying at some point and he had to get new ones. His Dhampir guardians were always relatives of his, nephews, nieces, daughters, sons and grandchildren and the only reason he was reproducing was to get Dhampirs to protect him. He also also had strong connections with powerful beings and individuals almost everywhere who helped him with things he asked or needed.
