Yavin IV
Imperial-Class Nebulan-B Frigate, Conqueror
"Commander, all reports in the sector are clear, no reports of the Rebel Cell anywhere in the system." An Imperial Lieutenant says aboard the smooth-edged, armored patrol frigate, a pair of Carrack-Class Cruisers escorting it.
"Good, launch one last check and prepare to jump to The Wheel, our next post is defending that station." The female commander of the frigate orders.
"Ma'am we have incoming vessels, one Capital ship, and several escort cruisers." A deck officer says as half a squadron of Z-95s exits hyperspace outside the continental moon.
"A capital ship, you say?" The commander mocks, watching the fighters fly toward their formation.
"More incoming, that's not the fleet."
A Correlian Corvette exits hyperspace, immediately firing its light turbolasers on the frigate, just before the damaged Liberation and it's remaining support fleet arrives, aiming to the frigate and preparing to fire.
"Attention Imperial Frigate. I am Captain Cruz of the RSS Liberation, I ask you to leave this system and report it as clear, or we will launch an immediate boarding party and capture your ship. You have one minute to decide, and don't try to escape, you're in a tractor beam." Shack orders from the Liberation over a comm to the Frigate.
"This is Commander Scaris of the ISS Slant, if you ever think we will surrender, you're mistaken you Rebel scum, I don't care if we all perish, if we can take a few of your men with us, then it is a win.", the Imperial commander threatened, Just before several ion cannons fired from the Liberation, disabling weapons and pointing defense aboard the Frigate.
"Launch strike craft and transports, let's deal with that frigate before it can break free." Shack orders, a pair of Tie Fighters launching from the Frigates real hangar, dogfighting with the Headhunters.
A pair of GR-75 transports hover toward the Imperial frigate, getting on both sides of it and extending drilling ports, carving into the steel hull and setting out docking ramps, connecting with the ship and letting Rebel infantry board.
One of the Tie Fighters strafes the bridge of the Liberation, causing minimal damage but causing panels to spark and setting a fire outside of the bridge window.
Mako flies behind the fighter, firing one laser into one of the ion thrusters, sending the fighter into an uncontrolled spin into space.
"This is Lieutenant Beck, we're almost at the bridge, most of the ship is captured and we are preparing to finish off the Imperials, we have got ourselves a new ship." The Quarren boarding party leader says, the bridge windows of the frigate shining red, blaster bolds firing from inside of the room.
A pair of Imperial Gozanti-Class freighters exit hyperspace, tie fighters with red markings and a phoenix emblem on the side of their wing pannels launching from the docking ports.
"Attention unidentified ships, what are you doing in this sector?" One of the transports commanders asks, the Ties escorting as they get closer.
"This is Captain Shack of Liberation Cell, we've just retreated into a safe system, who are you, may I ask?"
"This is General Jan Dodanna of Mossasi Group, this is our sector, how did you learn of us, and how did that Imperial frigate end up here?"
"From what we know, we arrived here knowing of a Rebel Cell and saw an Imperial Frigate here, we've taken it over, but I am concerned about why it was here," Shack says.
"Well, we just came back from a raid on Kuat, if you don't mind, we're heading back down to our outpost on the continental moon, you may join our cell if you like." Dodanna says, the pair of cargo ships flying toward the future Rebel Headquarters.
The Liberation begins to land, its massive landing gears extending and planting on the ground outside of the ancient Sith temples, a group of Y-Wings and V-Wings landed on makeshift landing pads outside of the temples.
Outside of the bridge, Shack sees a trio of Assault Frigates, advanced from Dreadnoughts with hull extensions increasing firepower and larger engines.
A squadron of what looks like 4-winged Headhunters fly overhead, patrolling the moon's surface.
Tempest Squadron lands on docking ports on the sides of the old Sith temple, meeting Massasi Groups officers and infantry inside.
