"Hep! Hep!" Kali said, toddling over to Taylor, holding a toy in her hand that was still wrapped in its box. "O-pen! O-pen!" Taylor smiled at her daughter, taking the box from her little hands. She tried her best to get the toy out of its packaging but was stopped when she got to a couple of zip ties that held the toy to the cardboard.

"I need scissors," Taylor said to no one in particular.

"Sis-zers!"Kali repeated.

"I'll get some," Koa said, who was now 8 years old. She got up from where she was sitting, looking through a new book she received from Selena, and set off to find a pair of scissors.

"Sis-zers!" Kali said again, pointing to the box.

"Yes, mommy needs scissors to get your toy out of the box. Koa is going to get some," Taylor told her daughter.

"Koko!" Kali said, pointing in the direction of where Koa disappeared. It didn't take long for Koa to return with the scissors in her hand. "Yay! O-pen!" Kali said, clapping her little hands as Koa handed Taylor the scissors. Taylor took the scissors from Koa and used them to remove Kali's toy from the packaging. She handed the toy to the little one. "Tay-coo!" Kali said as she took the toy from Taylor's hands.

"You're welcome, baby. Such good manners." Taylor praised her youngest daughter. She watched as the kids played with the toys and books they had gotten, a smile on her face. The kids were so happy every time they got new things, and that was all this day was about—the happiness that everyone exhibited.

"Mommy, Daddy, and I have an announcement to make," Finley said, standing up in front of the Christmas tree. In his hand, he held a little paper. Every adult raised an eyebrow, confused by what was happening. Travis sat down next to Taylor, wrapping his arm around her shoulder. He kissed the top of her head, and a smile spread across her face. Finley cleared his throat, causing the adults in the room to laugh a little at him. "In July of 2029, we are inviting all of you to a special celebration at our home in Los Angeles — the celebration of a new life. Two months ago we learned that we will be welcoming a new little person into our lives. Spencer Andre Finlay will be born and bring new memories and joy to our lives. We can't wait to meet him, and we know that you won't be able to contain your excitement either."

"Oh my, God, Syd!!" Taylor said, looking over at her sister-in-law with a smile on her face. She got up from her stop, along with some of the other women in the room, and made her way over to her, engulfing her in a hug. "Congratulations!"

"Thank you!" Sydney said as the other girls came over to her, causing a fuss over her. The chatter took over the basement as they talked about the new addition that was coming to their little invented family.

"Congrats, man," Travis told his brother-in-law. It was mere months ago when they had all packed up their bags and made a trip to Los Angeles for Austin and Sydney's wedding, and now they were about to welcome another little baby into all of their lives.

"Finally, some more boys in the family," Patrick said with a laugh as he patted Austin on the shoulders. "Congrats."

"The boys are catching up," Chris said.

"I think everybody is done having kids except for you and Sel, man," Travis said with a laugh.

"I'm not having any more kids," Selena said, hearing the boy's conversation.

"I think we have one more in us, babe," Chris told her.

"We'll see about that," She responded before going back to the conversation she was having with the girls.

"Where's daddy?" Bennet asked, noticing that Creed was nowhere to be found in the room.

"He might have gone to the bathroom or something," Kylie told the little one once she looked around and didn't see her boyfriend anywhere.

"There's one more present under the tree," Sterling announced. She went over to the tree and picked up the little box that sat there. "It's for Kylie," Sterling announced. She took the box over to Kylie and handed it to her.

"From everyone?" Kylie read off of the tag. She looked around at everyone, trying to read their faces but not picking up on any of their expresses. Kylie looked down and box and pulled the ribbon, untying the box it. She removed the ribbon and opened box, revealing a key. "Keys?" She said looking up again. "Are these to the house?!" She asked, a smile rising to her face. "I thought they wouldn't be done until February!"

"We might have told them to hurry up the process the best they could," Taylor told her. Kylie got up from where she was sitting and headed to the stairs that led to her and her kids new home. Everyone looked around at each other, smiling at each other as they followed behind Kylie.

"Ready?" Kylie said, getting to the top of the stairs and ready to open the door to her new home.

"Yes!" Wyatt and Elliotte screamed in unison. They were both ready to have their own space. They loved their cousins, but sleeping in the same room with them for the last year and a half was beginning to be too much. Taylor and Kylie both knew that things were starting to take a turn as the girls got older. Koa and Khi weren't used to sharing their space, even if they were okay with doing so while the new house was being built.

"Okay," Kylie said, opening the door. The girls ran in before her, and she let out a laugh. She walked into the house, immediately dropping the keys in her hands, her hands flying over her mouth as she saw what was before her.

"Hey, Gorgeous," Creed said. He was on one knee, holding a small black box with an engagement ring. The area was lined with flowers and balloons, and the girls were beside him. Kylie dragged her feet, walking towards the man she had only rightfully known for a little over a year. This year had been a whirlwind of a year. They had met, flirted, gotten pregnant, made their relationship official, and had a baby; the girls started calling him daddy, and many talks and trips to see each other occurred. Everything about Creed was different from what he had with the late father of her girls.

"Creed, no..." Kylie said as tears rolled down her face. She was in shock. She finally reached him, and he took her hand that had fallen from her mouth.

"Kylie, my love. I know we haven't known each other for a long time, but I fell for you the moment I saw you. You have been such a light in my life on my darkest days, and I can not see myself without you, our girls, or our baby boy." He raised her hand to his lips, kissing her hand multiple times before looking back up at her. "Kylie, my love, my gorgeous girl, will you marry me?" She nodded frantically.

"Yes," she choked out, barely above a whisper. "Yes. Yes!" she repeated. Creed removed the ring from the box and slipped it onto her left ring finger. He stood up, and Kylie's arms flew around his neck. He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her passionately. "I love you so much," She said once they broke apart. She rested her hands on either side of his face. "I can't believe you did this! When did you do this?!" She asked, bringing his face down to hers to kiss him again.

"Don't worry about that," he said with a laugh.

"You all knew?!" She turned and asked everyone who was standing behind her. Creed pulled her in close to him, still laughing.

"Of course we knew," Taylor told her.

"Congrats, Kylie. It's what you deserve," Travis told her, a smile on his face. He looked around at the people surrounding him. This was the family that he had created for himself. The family that was there for him since the one he was born into abandoned him. The family that each of them deserved and that tied them together as one.
