"Thats why I like you" the words were out of my mouth before I could even think about what I was saying.

The words were finally all out in the open now I don't have to keep them locked inside of me. Nothing can stand in the way now. Her eyes widen and her mouth opens in a 'O' shape in surprise and shock.

I swallow slowly and look at her waiting for her maybe to say it back or some sort of emotion at all but all I find is her standing still in shock. I want her to believe that I am serious and that I have never felt this way about anyone else before.

After a few moments of silence the door swings open again. Instead of my extremely happy mother it was Rebecca at the other side of the door.

Uh your mum wants to see you Peter.

I need to get out of this house for a couple hours and go see some of my friends from school.

Emily

It is half past ten at night and I cannot get to sleep.

I should definitely not of have drunk that coffee I should know what happens when you have caffeine. I lay in bed staring at the ceiling and the beautiful chandelier hanging from the roof. I can't get comfy in this huge bed.

5 minutes later I still can't sleep.

I sit up in bed and stare at the door over the other side of the room. I can still see that Peters door is open with none in it. I contemplate getting up and seeing if he is downstairs but I am too tired.

5 Minutes later

His room is still empty where is he? I need a drink of water. I tiptoe down stairs trying not to wake anyone up. Its really hard to walk down the stairs in the pitch black trying to be extremely quiet. Thankfully I make it down to the kitchen safely without making too much noise. I walk over to the cabinet where the glasses are kept picking the first one that comes in to my grip. I then walk over to the sink feeling my way across the counter and then helplessly reaching to find the cold water tap.

"You should really turn the light on" a voice from behind me says.

I gasp in shock I never heard anyone behind me, I turn round very slowly shaking to the bone incase he was coming to rob my house , I turn round to see Peter standing at the other side of the island counter and I simply stare at him as if I had just seen a ghost. "Peter... You almost gave me a heart attack I thought it was a robber coming to kill me"

"What are you doing up at this time it is almost 11 on a sunday?" he questions

"I could ask you the same thing!"

"I went on a run to clear my mind free of stress and of all that happened in the kitchen to my friends house to and we played the xbox for a bit. "

"Stressed about what?" I question curious to know the answer

"School, exams, the usual really."

"I came down to get a drink of water."

I looked down in the sink to see that the glass had smashed probably because I had dropped it.

"What?" he walks towards me. I feel the warmth of his body as he stands beside me with his chin on my left shoulder. I put my hand in the sink to retrieve the glass.

"No!" Peter quickly grabs my arm away and he retrieves the broken glass.

I watch as his tall well built figure walks over to the bin, he then turns round to face me.

He walks towards me, the next few moments were probably the best ever since he has been staying, he smiles at me so sincerely, searching my face for a smile back. And although there is only one thing that I want to do to this guy right now more than anything in the world, which is to kiss the the living daylight out of his immaculate face in front of me, I know I can't. That fact hurts so much it almost breaks me every time I think of that.

"Uh I think we should go to bed now" he says

"Yeah I think thats a good idea" I nod in response.

We get to the stairs and he grabs my hand so affectionately. His hands are so soft. We stops outside my bedroom door and he gives me a peck on my cheek.
