meeting the group

It's Saturday morning, and phuwin has to meet with the group of students for the assignment. Since he is the group's leader he chose a coffee shop he works at since he believes it's usually quiet in the evenings and it's the perfect place and he picked 5pm since he gets off work at that time..he expects everyone to be there well not necessarily everyone, there will definitely be an exception and he is so sure- we all know who he believes won't come

Pond POV
I have been having such a hard time with Mag, she complains I don't give her attention and yet she is and has been so clingy since we started dating. Today she wants me to take her on a date and take a walk in the park like every couple would but we have been on 8 dates this week alone and I am getting fed up. I have to go to the coffee shop for the assignment with the empty boy and others, I must show up to find out why everyone's been fighting to pair up with that boy, so yeah it's not about the assignment it's about the boy whose popularity in class rose up above mine this week, not that I feel tempted he might outshine my popularity. Like I said he is popular in class not in school 😏...

At the coffee shop:
Some of the guys are here much earlier and phuwin is still to get off work,  it's currently 4: 45pm and he won't get off untill 5:00. Good enough winny is keeping the guys busy with chats but damn he is so loud. At 5:00 on the dot a new customer shows up and it's none other than Pond who spots the others and sits with them not saying a word, he looks around and spots phuwin taking of his apron and getting his books. He mutters to himself "interesting, a coffee shop boy huh"

Phuwin is a bit surprised Pond showed up but glad since it means everyone will participate in the research work. After about an hour thirty of focused research and discussions .everyone is so active talking about the assignment, even Pond. Now he understands why everyone wants to be in phuwin's group, he is so intelligent, smart and he teaches everyone so enthusiastically, he would make a great professor, so Pond thinks.
Everything finishes fast and everyone is exhausted heading back home.

On the way Home, phuwin stops by winny's place since winny's mum has been asking after him, not that she lives far away from phuwin's , they are practically neighbors. She always stops phuwin's Dad from beating ten lives out of him whenever she is home,  but this week she traveled and just returned and misses phuwin. She loves him like her own son and spoils him with food and clothes, phuwin doesn't mind the food but the clothes, well he minds that as he doesn't want her spending all her money on him like that.

"Phuwin favorite son" mama winny said. Phuwin ran to her embrace and she hugged him tight,  kissing his forehead and telling him all the good treats she bought for him. Winny whines playfully saying his mum refused to let him touch her bag abd now she is telling phuwin she bought treats  and even opening her bag showing him, phuwin and winny's mum laugh at him and continue, winny joins them in checking out the things. It can be said that Winny's mum is like a mum to phuwin. She practically raised him since he was a baby, with phuwin's mum's sister checking on him occasionally since she lives out of the country and isn't really stable financially, so winny's mum did almost everything for him, as such she loves him alot as he loves her too
