You Can't Hide

Wednesday stood there in shock not by how he figured out but at the levels that their love continues to grow at. She knew he'd seen it all in a vision, but she wouldn't be Wednesday Addams if she didn't try to deny the accusations.

"What are you referring to Xavier?"

Xavier grabbed her arm a little rougher than usual and pulled her out of sight from everyone.

"Who's blood was that Wednesday?"

"Blood?"

"Wednesday..." His tone was very calm but it seemed to be crossing over into anger.

"It's someone who deserved it and that's all you get, I'm handling it." Wednesday responded back.

Xavier didn't say a single word, he just quickly kissed Wednesday again. Once the kiss initiated Xavier fell into a vision. He stayed out for about a minute and a half.

"Xavier?" Wednesday asked starting to feel a little concerned.

He quickly came to and looked at Wednesday with fear in his eyes.

"What's wrong Xavier, what is it?"

"I saw you and Enid for that matter... why would your brothers kid try and kill our daughter and tell me I'm next?"

"He never mentioned you before I killed him, what exactly did you see Xavier?"

"I don't know, it was like I was invisible to the situation unfolding in front of me until I wasn't and he locked eyes with me and said "you're next art boy."

"Why couldn't you leave well enough alone Xavier?"

"Bab-."

"NO, don't baby me I know you use our kisses to invade my personal thoughts with your ability."

"Wednesday I just don't want any secrets, because as long as I have your heart... you can't hide from me."

Xavier pulled her back towards for a hug this time and wrapped his arms around her.

"I just want you safe." Wednesday nearly whispered as she sunk into his embrace.

She always felt safer when Xavier held her and this moment was no different.

"I know and that's all I want for you... so let's stick together because when we're together baby, we're unbreakable."

"I still don't want you going out at night without giving me your location." Wednesday said backing up and crossing her arms.

"And that's completely fine just so long as we equally both stay open and share with each other... it can't be one sided Wednesday."

"Of course, although the baby might stop any night life from my end."

"As if you had one." Xavier said teasingly

"I may not let anyone else kill you, but that doesn't mean you're safe from me doing it."

"Message received."

"Good boy, now on to more important things..."

"Like what?"

"When is this final member of the Gates family going to attack and how can we stop them from infiltrating our family?"

"Well if you're down to do this thing again you know I'll always be right by your side." Xavier said grabbing Wednesday's hand.

"Let's go catch a killer." Wednesday said squeezing Xavier's hand feeling more confident than ever before.
