Author's POV
"RISE AND SHINE, SLEEPYHEAD!" Satang's booming voice shattered the silence.
Fourth fell out of bed at the loud voice coz apparently satang yelled in his ears,
Anger etched on his face. But his scowl dissolved as he saw Gemini, laughing.
For a moment, Fourth forgot to breathe.
Other boys in the room were equally stunned. Nobody had ever seen Gemini laugh. He usually just nodded or smiled sparingly, mostly when Fourth was around.
Now, Gemini's infectious laughter filled the room.
Fourth stood transfixed, as he gazed at Gemini with adoration.
Satang and the others exchanged amazed glances.
Finally, Gemini composed himself, still chuckling. "Morning, Fourth."
Fourth's eyes never left Gemini's face. "M-morning."
Gemini's grin softened. "Sorry about the noise. Didn't mean to wake everyone."
Fourth shook his head, still dazed. "It's okay."
The room fell silent, except for Gemini's occasional snickers.
Only he knew why he has been laughing and smiling like an idiot
Satang whispered to the others, "Is he actually laughing at Fourth?"
Someone shrugged. "Who knows?"
As the others returned to their morning routines, Fourth headed to freshen up, while Gemini stepped out, still chuckling to himself, capturing hearts with his radiant smile.
Suddenly, Love appeared before him. "Hey there."
"Good morning, Phi," Gemini replied with a gentle smile.
"Morning, Gemini. What's got you happy so early?" Love asked
"N-Nothing, Phi," Gemini hesitated.
Love raised an eyebrow. "Looks like the air is cleared between you and Fourth?"
Gemini nodded slightly. "Yess..."
Love snorted. "I knew Fourth would give in easily if it's you!"
Gemini's ears turned slightly red which didn't go unnoticed by love but she continued anyway.
"And the audacity of him to fight with me and Satang all day... He was literally acting like a girl on her periods yesterday, all moody. His jealous ass-"
"PHIIIII, COME WITH ME!!" Satang yelled, dragging Love away.
Satang knew that if Love stayed any longer, she might actually reveal something she shouldn't!
"Jealous? Of what?" Gemini muttered to himself, shrugging.
He boarded the bus, scanning for Fourth, but didn't find him. So got down and waited by the bus door, expecting Fourth to arrive.
