"Vee, make sure that you pack everything, we're not coming back!" My mom yells from the kitchen.

"Yes mother!" I yell back.

I have to be done packing in 30 minutes and I haven't even started...

It's okay though. Is it? Is it really? Yes, yes it is.

Luckily my closet is tidy so I just took my clothes from in there and packed them into my suitcase, including my shoes and stuff like that. In exactly 31 minutes I was done.

Luckily I had already changed into my travel fit, so I didn't have to delay my mom anymore.

I looked around the room that I've been living in for the past 5 years... I'm not going to miss this place at all.

All it has is just a bunch of fake bitches, looking for attention unnecessarily.

But I'm not excited about leaving either, the only good thing about moving to New York is the fact that I'm going to an Art school.

"Ivy!" Mommy dearest yells once again, oh shit.

I hurry downstairs with my suitcases and smile at her.

"We can go now." I pant. She rolls her eyes in amusement before leading the way out, leaving the house keys on the table.

This is about to be a five hour drive that I am prepared for. I'm going to be connected to the cars bluetooth, because yessssss.

5 hours and 30 minutes later.

Well, that was an amazing roadtrip, mainly because I got to play the music and ate whatever I wanted to eat.

Mom got us an apartment in the richest building in the entire city, how she did that, I don't know.

When we arrived, which was at like 2 in the afternoon I went straight to find my new room.

Damn... This apartment is Huge. And it's so pretty, but my room is probably prettier.

"Your room is the third one on the left." My mom says and I immediately rush towards it.

Oh... It's big.

Just like my dick.

There's a huge closet and a bathroom connected to my room. I don't have the time for an entire room tour.

I changed out of my travel fit and into some shorts and an oversized shirt.

I hopped into the bed and quickly texted my mom that I was gonna nap and she shouldn't disturb me before falling asleep.

I ended up waking up later than expected, which was at like ten pm.

I ot out of bed and made my way to the kitchen, I found a note on the kitchen island.

'Work came up, had to leave. I sent you 5k go buy groceries and use the rest for whatever you want AND NEED. I'll be back in a while.'

Can't say I wasn't expecting this. I don't know where she works but she's never around, so I'm used to it at this point.

Everytime she comes back it's usually for a few days or hours. I've got used to living alone now, it's been like 5 years.

Anyways. I got some water before walking back to my room. Oh shit tomorrow is the first day of school. I'm too lazy to go. If I can't wake up tomorrow then I'm not going.

But for now I switched on the rotten mango podcast on the TV in my room.

When it started I made my way to my suitcase and prepared my outfit for school tomorrow, just in case I'm not too lazy for school tomorrow.

After that I went to take a needed shower.

OK shit. I have school tomorrow or not, and I'm new. THAT'S THE WORST PART. I wonder if the kids there are nice.

After 20 something minutes I was out of the shower. I applied moisturizer and a face mask and wore my panda onesie.

I went back to my room and got into my bed, leaving the light on while rotten mango was on 75 percent volume.

The next morning.

So... I'm not going to school, instead I'm in the grocery store buying groceries as needed. I don't need these but my mom will get mad if I don't.

I got meat, pasta, some veggies, fruit and seasonings. SEASON YOUR FOOD!.

After I got those I got some snacks. In total everything was $2 575.76 cents.

After I left the store I called an Uber to drive me back home.

"What's your name pretty girl?" The driver asks. Ew.

"Adriana." I answer almost immediately, lying through my teeth.

Luckily we arrived at home and I immediately took my plastic bags and left the car.

While walking through the penthouse they call an apartment building, I bumped into a hard wall. Ouch.

Nevermind, that's not a wall. The shoes Im looking at tell me otherwise. I look up to see a very attractive boy looking at me with annoyance in his eyes.

"Sorry." I mumble looking back to the floor in pure embarrassment. He rolls his eyes and walks away.

Rude. It was a mistake. No need to be mean.

I continue with my way to my apartment.

When I get there, I pack the groceries.

When I'm done with that I get back to my room, where I change into some comfortable clothes and let my hair out of that painful ponytail.

Should I eat, or should I not?

Should I eat, or should I not?

I'm too lazy to make food, so no.

I ended up taking another nap, I have a big day tomorrow, the sun is already setting so it's ok. Let's just say I'm sleeping early like a good school girl.

Shit, I'm the new student.
