Chapter 12: Its never goodbye Its always see you later

Tims POV:

When i woke up today i felt different. I knew today was the day i was going to leave them. I dont want to leave them but my time is up and i just hope that everything i had made for them will help through this time. I rolled to the side of the bed to hug my girls for probably the last time.

Lucys POV:

When I felt Tim hug me i knew that today was the day that he would cross the bridge. But i have to stay strong for our daughter.. Im thinking to invite our close friends before he passes

3rd Person POV:

As the day passed hour by hour Tim got weaker and weaker. They had their close friends earlier to say their goodbyes to Tim. Everyone knew he was going to pass this night, so they left the family in peace. After a while Tim knew it was time.

T: Luce, its time...

L: Its ok Tim we'll be fine after a while you can rest now..

T: Ok, But theres something i need to tell you first..

L: What do you need to tell me sweetheart?

T: When i knew i didnt have much time left i wrote letters for each special event for every year for the both of you to remember me. I... also asked Angela to make you both bears made out of my clothes so that i will always be with you..

*Tim said struggling to breathe properly*

L: Aww Tim.. You big softy... I love you so much

*Lucy said with tears in her eyes as she knew that her partner would be going*

T: Luce.. *breathe* I love you so much I hope you know.... that .... Its... not...goodbye.. Its see you later

L: I know Tim i love you so much... Its ok you can go now

*She said with full tears*

T: I... Love... you.... Luce

*Tim said out of breath and a slight smile*

Tim passed peacefully... Lucy and Lily both gave their last goodbye kisses to Tim on his forehead. Then a few minutes later Lucy made a call.

*ring*

Doc: Hello Dr. Mcguire speaking

L: Hello Dr. Mcguire, Tim just passed and it was very peaceful. Anyways i just wanted to tell you how much im grateful for everything that youve done for him.

Doc: Im very sorry to hear that Lucy, my deepest condolences for you and your daughter.

L: Thank you Dr. Mcguire

*call ends*

The next calls she made was to their close friends telling them the news. They all said their condolences to her and Lily. When Lucy told Angela she broke down, even though she knew it was going to happen sooner or later. Angela offered to come over to help the both of them and Lucy knew that would need some help coping with Tims death... A few minutes later the funeral home came to get Tims body. Now that Tims body was gone it really felt real. Angela was there when they took Tims body and knew Lucy was struggling inside.

A: Lucy what about ill put Lilly to bed first and give you some alone time.

*Lucy just nodded*

After a few minutes Angela came back to Lucy and Tims room. Lucy was crying a lot.

A: Lucy are you ok?

*Lucy shook her head in response*

A: Im sorry that was a stupid question

L: Its ok... Angela can i ask you a question?

A: Yeah? What is it?

L: How did you get over Jacksons death while having Jack?

A: Honestly i didnt, it took me a while to grieve and remeber all the things we did together but youll eventually see that it happened for a reason and nothing could have stopped it from happening..
