Aaand, that's a wrap!

Thank you guys so much for reading. We have finally reached the end of 'Venus'. I can't say that I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome of the story. If I could rewrite this from start to finish then I would, but I don't have the time and patience for that. But, I tried my best to make it as enjoyable as possible. I hope you liked it as well.

If you are also unsatisfied, I promise I'll make 'Tiger Lily' worth it. I have many prompts and dynamics I want to try there. Which is why I rushed to finish this before updating TL. So, TL fans thank you for your patience. I will try my best to update TL as regular as possible.

Now, if you want an inlook of the characters, or if you found some actions of the characters questionable, or if you want to understand the characters better, then please read this;

Taehyung is an abandoned wolf. He lived in a forest and is a thief. He has a strong forest scent and a dark dominant aura, and it is hard for anyone to maintain eye contact with him. He ran away at the age of seven and was alone and isolated from then. He was forced to hide his true self, and when he got the chance, the circumstances were so awful that he had not at all enjoyed himself. The closest thing he had to a friend was that beta Rowoon, who was just a slimy prick. Then, the only friends he had were Seokjin and Lisa. Lisa and Him weren't as close as he and Seokjin was, but still, she was his friend, and her death had shaken him up just as well. Though, he hid it well. You can see that it affected him, from the way he stumbled to carry Lisa's body, unlike when he carried Jeongguk, her being way lighter than his omega. Then comes Jeongguk. Jeongguk is the love of his life, no doubt. He sees the best and worst of Jeongguk, worst being not much. Jeongguk is the only person who is equal to him, and you can see that his first priority is always his mate, even during the battle. Taehyung loves Jeongguk and believes he is the only person who will stay in his life. During his visions in the Grove of Baeloria, you can see that he fights those false visions with his belief in Jeongguk and their love. But after coming out from there, it is shown that he has doubts. Later on, Jeongguk comforted him that it was false. Then, throughout the journey, it is shown that Taehyung has abandonment issues with Jeongguk. He fears that one day Jeongguk might drift from him even though it is buried deep inside him. Taehyung's greatest trauma is abandonment.

Jeon Jeongguk is the omega of Venus. That is the biggest point of this story, obviously. He is shown as the most gorgeous and powerful omega to exist, and there are various situations that show it. The fights in Oxin, the speechless looks everyone, especially alphas, gave him, prince Hoseok's feelings for him, Taehyung's doting and his nickname as Venus. This all proves his rank. But he is still insecure. He believes he is not right for this title, even though he is the most fitting. In the beginning of the story, the visions and truth about him drive him to a shock, and he desperately wishes it is not true. Then he is sent off in a quest and is told to mate a man he met a day ago. Which turned out to be the best thing that happened in his life. You can see the doubt in Jeongguk about the mating till the very moment. During the first meeting with Yoongi, he breaks down after being accused of murder and you can see all the doubt and insecurity he hid exploding. Luckily, Taehyung was there to comfort him, and he wondered if he was deserving. Then the attack on Der and Duri's death shakes him up so badly that he shuts himself down completely. Not talking until Taehyung decided to go to the Grove alone. This proves how important his pack and Duri were to him and how he can't bear to lose Taehyung as well. On the way to the Grove, Jeongguk breaks down, claiming he is a monster and is causing deaths and doesn't deserve his alpha's love. Taehyung comforts him, saying that he was made to love him. Then Lisa's sacrifice. It is shown how desperate Jeongguk is to stop Lisa from sacrificing herself, and when she finally does, he only cries briefly, too in shock and slightly in denial. Until Seokjin breaks down, and he rushes to comfort him, forgetting about himself. After the battle, Jeongguk is shown to be grieving the deaths of Lisa and his caretaker Duri. He is extremely glad to have Taehyung with him for as long as he will live. Jeongguk's greatest fear is losing his loved ones.

Lisa. From the beginning of the story to the end of her life, it is shown how she doubts herself. How she feels unimportant. She thinks that she is just there because Jeongguk wants her to be, not because she has a role. She briefly thinks Seokjin is avoiding her because of that as well. When she gets her dreams, you can see how she keeps on bringing it up, wanting it to be something important so she can be important. It is shown how she is disappointed when Namjoon's dreams are getting more consideration than hers. She tells her friends that she has no role to play and that she is unimportant for this quest. She feels seen with Seokjin and realises she is falling for him and confesses. She is delighted when Seokjin claims that she was the reincarnation of his past lover and the dreams were flashbacks. She finally thinks she is important to someone until Seokjin says that it is better for them not to get involved again. She is once again insecure. She worries that she will be useless to her friends when the time comes and wishes for something to do. When they go to get the crown and it is said for a sacrifice, she realises this is her role. She was seen as unimportant in this quest because she was the sacrifice. Jeongguk is the omega of Venus. He needs to live for saving Lupine. Taehyung is a pure blood alpha. He is needed to attain the full power. Seokjin is immortal. He can't die. So, Lisa, who is just an omega, is the sacrifice. Without her, Lupine can not be saved. So, she sacrifices herself. She falls to death comforting her loved ones, saying it's okay, fighting to not think about how this is the second time Seokjin loses her and how Jeongguk has already lost too much. She falls to death at peace. Lisa's greatest achievement was finally being important.

Seokjin is the immortal guide. He is cursed. His biggest regret was time travelling. He is forced to serve the moon goddess till the end of time, if there is one. He loses everything he had after gaining immortality and was utterly alone in that world. The people he meets, the friends he makes all either dies or forgets about him. He lives on, no matter what. Regretting and reminiscing. He has no say in his life and is always guiding and helping with no one to help him. Then, he meets Pranpriya. The light of his life. She brings him back to the mortality of the world and shows him just how beautiful it is. He falls in love with her and the world around her. He is joyous when they get together. She was everything to him. She was his anchor. Then, she died. And he is once again alone in this world. He became broken and sad. He had loved her too much, and he lost her. He begins to hate Lupine once more and starts to resent the goddess. She comes in his dream and warns him of his resentment. He is forced to mask it. He used humour to cope. You can see in the beginning of the story that Seokjin's character was light and humourous, but after meeting Lisa, the reincarnation of Priya, his humour fades. When the story takes on a serious note, he does, too. There are barely any jokes from him. He is too shaken up. He has seen too much, and he finds it hard to pretend. He tells his friends and Lisa, who he is beginning to fall for. He thinks the goddess wouldn't be cruel enough to make her fall as well. But Lisa falls. Seokjin is forced to say they can't be together, even though his heart was screaming at him to love her and be loved by her. He calms himself down with the thought that she will be there. He worries she is the sacrifice, and you can see just how utterly broken he gets after she dies. His desperation and pain exploding. He wishes to join his love. But once again, he is forced to mask everything as the battle goes on. Seokjin's greatest wish is to die.

So yeah! I hope you now know the characters better. Also, lmk if you want bonus chapters about Taekook in the future and also JinLisa in Narva.

And, you can interpret Yoon's rank as you like. I couldn't decide between omega or alpha, cuz she fits both. So, you guys choose.

Finally, thank you so much for reading this book. I hope you all liked it. I appreciate the support and love so much. Thank you again. I love you guys. 🩷💖

Please, if you are interested, check out 'Tiger Lily', by yours truly. Show some love there too, please.
