Dividing Perspectives {Ch.6}

Espinosa said 

"May my spirit grant me the sharpest blade"

"A blade loyal to its master able to damage others souls."

A knife of energy appeared in his hand as he finished the spell, he began to launch the knifes at the guards but he kept missing, he was not that good at aiming...

One elf guard took aim with her bow and shot at him, getting him in the chest... BUT! He took out a book from his shirt that she pierced, the book protected him as he laughed and yelled 

"Got ya!"

He passed the gates and ran to the hills and wilderness without any plan or idea, he just knew he had to run.

After minutes of walking and running he stops gasping for air and settles down in a rock.

He escaped but since this commotion was made by a human, they started to arrest and question humans in this town.

A guard walked towards Novi and pointed his long sword to his head

"You're coming with us for interrogation"

Novi looked at the sword surprised and asked "Will I get killed if I resist?"

He replied with a simple "Try me"

 Novi sighed and offered his hands as they tied them with a rope

Novi then whispered to himself "I wish this will make me find Espinosa again... I hope"

The guard then told him a last thing 

"You will be interrogated by the dragon nation apparently, they have some kind of demand right now for some reason, whatever."

 {Day 5}

Espinosa didn't get far and caught at a beach they scheduled his execution, since he was seen as a "useless problem" they needed to get rid of.

Espinosa pled for mercy but they just laughed and said "You should know better as you are a low human being"

Espinosa was arrested and was placed in a cage, in a basement alone waiting for his demise but he wont just be defeated so easily, looked at his hand and thought maybe the knifes might get him somewhere but he still not sure.
