"Tiring Battles"

October 11th, 6pm
"Blüdhaven, City rooftops"

"You're so screwed." Jamie groans as his scarab mocks him. "Do you ever shut up?" Jaime growls as he was busy fighting for his life.

Around two dozen robotic replicas of the dangerous assassin Deathstroke stood in front of the teen. Jaime and many other heroes had gotten called due to the attack on Blüdhaven.

As he was fighting his battle Red Robin and Nightwing were also present—fighting with everything they had.

Jaime manages to take out two of the robots when a third came behind him. Red Robin noticing the sneak attack quickly acted—taking out the replica with ease.

"I'm really starting to get tired of this shit." Red says to no one in particular. "Yeah me too." Jaime responds as he ends up throwing one of the robots off the roof.

"Where's the rest of our team?!" Nightwing questions; starting to grow aggravated with all the same enemies.

The three superhero's managed to hold off the robots for as long as they could until they soon became even more out numbered.

"Where the fuck are they all coming from." Red Robin says as he throws three batarangs, they lodge themselves into three of the robotic replicas.

The batarangs explode on impact leaving the robots motionless. "You look as though you need some help." A sudden voice startles the three.

In one quick movement multiple of the enemies were immobilized. The three hero's have a wave of relief when they realize who the person who helped them was.

Bart Allan (formerly known as Impulse) , easily dodge attacks from the numerous enemies. The diversion gives Jaime and the others to gather themselves.

"Way to steal all the spot light." Another hero soon joins the four. His green skin, giving away who he was immediately.

Garfield Logan, many know him as beast boy, and they wouldn't be wrong. With his powers allowing him to transform into animals.

Gar takes the opportunity to show off his abilities and take out some foes. Turning into an elephant he manages to trample over the robots with ease.

They boys have been fighting for more than an hour, and Jaime knew he was way more than fashionably late. As he fought all he could think about was you and what you could be thinking at the moment. 

'Would she even want to speak to me after today?'

He thinks to himself as he finishes off the last of his opponents. Looking around him he sees the others somewhat struggling so flying over to Tim he quickly takes action.

Dick on the other hand was totally fine, he had managed to take out all of his robots except for one. But just as though he was about to finish the replica off, he received a call.

His earpiece relays an automatic message, "Call from 'Little sis🫂' would you like to answer?" Dick however does not answer right away as he normally does.

As he was too focused on the enemy in front of him. But soon another call replaced the old one, and the exact message played on his earpiece.

He lets out a groan and with a movement he sends the robot flying off the roof. Now having time to answer your call, "Hello?!" He says, feeling out of breath. Though he tried to hide how tired he really was.

"Hey Dick could you come get me?" Your voice was wavy and uneven, it eas as though you were on the verge of tears or if not already crying. "Hey, are you crying?" With the realization that something bad must have happened he immediately goes defensive big brother mode.
