Everyone knew you was pregnant now, I mean it was hard to miss your bump popped out of nowhere, people all have questions and your sure they all think maybe it's Negans but as long as you and your family knew it wasn't you didn't care, people talk, as long as they don't disrespect you, life would go on, you sat painting with Judith on the porch "it was very drippy before" her tiny voice spoke up her blonde hair flowing down her back you smiled at her " was it drippy? that's okay." "It's a...I'm gonna make it into a heart" she spoke "okay that's fine, that's fine go ahead." You both went back and forth about how it's still dripping but it was all fine.

"Want to tell me about the painting? That's our house and that's aunt Maggie and the king. And all our friends and uncle dar and mama with baby in her belly, and mimi" you smiled at the name she had given Michonne, "who is that grumpy face" Rick scared us from behind, I smiled at him and he smiled back before Judith turn to talk to him "you got a grumpy little face" Rick looked at her and fake gasped "and this is going to be his big tummy like mama" "hey!" Both you and Rick spoke laughing, the laughter was cut short as pain radiated through your back and stomach "ahhhh" you cried in pain, Judy looked at you shocked and Rick ran to you hand on your back "hey hey your okay you okay" "mama" Judy cried

"It's okay baby mama is fine just baby sister is hurting mama right now" you looked at her and smiled "why don't you go find Carl and tell him to play" Rick said to her "okay daddy, bye mama" "bye baby" Rick helped you off the floor helping you into the house "is it time" "it can't be dars not here he can't miss it, you have to go get him" you was glad the pain had subsided, you knew labour with your first in most cases took a while to be over, but the fear of what happened to Lori was in the back of your head "okay I'll do that, are you sure your okay Lee" you nodded "okay, don't lie to me we are bestfriends I know you inside and out" you stared at him "I'm scared, last time there was a baby....well" he looked at you and nodded "you will be fine I promise, we have saddiq now he will help and with Carl helping him he's learning the ropes we won't let anything happen to you" he grabbed your face wiped your tears and kissed your cheek "you rest I'll go grab Daryl try keep baby in" you smacked him on the arm before he got up and left you.

The sanctuary

Rick made his way to the sanctuary where Daryl had been staying most the time to help out, he spoke to the sanctuary people before looking off to the side and seeing Daryl he walked over to him, climbing stared to look down on everyone "what's up" Rick asked him "i don't want to be the one leading these people anymore" "okay, why"  Rick asked "I dont know. Being here behind these walls again...were I got treated bad and lyric shared a bed with another man, it just don't feel right man. I'm better out there I always have been" it was that moment Rick remembered why he was actually here "shit" he spoke looking at Daryl "what" "the whole reason I came here is because lyric needs you and i totally forgot" Daryl looked at him "what why what's going on" he rushed out " I believe your about to become a dad" Rick smiled towards him

Alexandria

"Ahhhhh where is dar I need dar" you screamed out loudly, Enid and Carl was taking care of you with the help of saddiq and michonne, "he's coming mum, I'm sure he's going to be here any minute you are doing amazing" you looked at him gripping the bed "I'm so scared" "I know mum I know you are it's scary after Lori, but you are not Lori you will service this I promise" you cried holding his hand as he held your face to look at him "come on lyric, you got this babe Rick and Daryl will be back soon and we will have this beautiful baby" Michonne smiled at you.

"Lyric your about 10cm baby will be here soon" you looked at him wide eyed "what no dar still isn't here please" you cried out "mum I'm here this baby isn't going to wait for dad and Daryl" you looked at him before nodding "okay Carl I need you to hold her leg and hold it for her" "Carl baby you don't need to be here it's a lot to see I know" he looked at you, you notice how grown up he's got "I want to help yet another sister come into this world the right way" he kissed your forehead "ahhhhh fuckkk" you scream.

"The head is out I see her, just one more push for me" Siddiq instructed "I want darrr....owww" Suddenly the door swings open and Daryl's
eyes meet yours "I'm right here baby I'm right here come on let's have this baby" he rushed to your side kissing your lips before grabbing your other leg nodding at Carl "come on baby your so brave you can do this I love you" "fuckkk it hurts sooo much" you cried louder noticing Rick was now in here helping michonne grab all the towels ready, a warm feeling spread through you " she's out she's out" Siddiq called out but you noticed she wasn't crying "no no....please tell me she is okay" you cried grabbing carls and Daryl's hand "Rick what's going on man what's wrong with my baby" "dad!" Carl joined in, saddiq michonne and Rick was helping your baby before cries filled the air "she's okay she's going to be okay" relief flooded through you "here you go mama" Rick smiled handing you your brand new baby before kissing your head and moving out the way for Daryl to join your side again.

"Ohhh ohh she's beautiful sooo beautiful hello baby I'm your mummy" you looked up to meet Daryl's eyes but his eyes wouldn't leave your daughters stunned as he stared down at her tiny body "congratulations mum she's so beautiful" you looked over to Carl and grinned "thank you my boy, thank you for staying with me I couldn't have done it without you I love you so much" Rick smiled over "right come on, let's leave these two to soak up there baby girl" you nodded at him and smiled Daryl still focused on the baby "I love you all thank you" they smiled and left.
