Alexandria

You was back home cuddled on the sofa asleep, Carl was sat in the arm chair watching Melody and Judith for you leaving you to get rest as Daryl and Rick was helping put the bridge up they had been staying out there to start early and finish later to get the job done.

Bridge

"So I go in after her nap and pick her up and the diaper just explodes all over me" Aaron told Daryl as they worked Daryl laughed "sounds like fun" Daryl commented "oh it is you'll see" Daryl looked at him "what your a good dad, your just out here helping us, this is for the future" Daryl looked down "yeah but I should be home with her helping, she's a brilliant you know never complains but I see her face when I make it home I see how tired she is and then i leave and come right back here" Aaron looked down nodding " she's a strong independent woman she is smashing this motherhood, you are very lucky" Daryl smiled "yeah yeah I am" they all got back to work.

Daryl and Aaron stopped working when little Henry got himself into a little argument, Daryl ran up to stop the saviour going after him "enough, the kids just doing his job, get back to work" "I don't need your people telling me what to do. Your not my babysitter anymore" he spat back and tried walking away Daryl grabbed him ducked from the punch the guy threw and punched him in his face sending him flying, the guy threw sand into Daryl's eyes and tackled him down.

Rick and Eugene ran up the bridge hearing the fight seeing Daryl and the guy in a punching match "hey! Hey! Break it up! Get back! Break it up right now" Rick ran in as the guy punch Daryl square in the face making him angrier, Rick held back Daryl before shouting "enough! I said enough!" Angry breaths were heard as Daryl spat out blood and walked away "go back to work." Rick demanded everyone

"So that asshole just gets a free pass is that it?" Daryl asked Rick "it's just a few more days, I don't like it either, but we're in a rush to get that work done. He's strong the saviours are over half the workforce and we've already had to many walk off already" Rick spoke Carol looking between Rick and Daryl "yeah. Cause that's who they are.some of them ain't ever gonna fall in line just cause you say so." Daryl snapped at Rick "Daryl's right, these people have never had to live together. And we can't expect them to just forget what's happened." Carol finally spoke up "it hasn't been easy I know. It won't be not for a while, but it's not about forgetting. It's about moving ahead all of us together" "are we though, are we on the same side Rick , iv been trying to tell you, you hear what you want to here, I could be home with my girlfriend and my baby but instead I'm here with these people and your always sticking up for them Rick, we are family not them." Daryl storms out the tent leaving rick and Carol

Daryl got into yet another fight after having to help Enid amputate Aaron's arm after the man from the fight before didn't turn the herd that ran into them, he wasn't handling it well at all, Rick asked Tara to radio over to you for help

Alexandria

Carl ran into the room "mum Tara's on the walkie, she needs to talk to you" you looked at him shocked, but grabbed it "hey Tara what's up" "we, we need you here lyric, Daryl's not handling it well he's got into 2 fights with the saviours already, he's mad and won't listen to anyone, rick said you was the only one to help" your heart dropped hearing everything Daryl has gone through "okay okay, I'll be there as soon as I can, don't tell him I doubt he will even talk to anyone" you looked at Carl after pressing the button "I need you to watch Judith" "mum I can watch Melody aswell" you smiled over at him "oh bud I'm not ready to leave her yet, plus she's being breast fed to give every other kid a chance with the formula" he nodded pulling you into a hug "I get it just be careful, we heard there's awol saviours and the herds" you laughed "Carl baby I'm old enough to know but thank you, I love you" you kissed his cheek and placed Melody in the baby wrap before jumping on your horse and leaving.

On the road to the bridge

You was nearly to the bridge, you had to stop last night in a broken down cabin realising leaving so close to dark when you have a hungry baby was a bad mistake, walkers came and you had to sort them out but it's done now you was on the road again cries from Melody suddenly wailed as you adjusted her in her sling to eat, then saviours walked out the the woods making your horse slow down to a stop, you pulled out the gun you had on your hip, " wooo settle down there were all one big kumbaya now" you looked between them all knowing you couldn't take them especially with Melody here " why aren't you at the bridge" "we're looking for a friend he went missing last night" Laura answered

"you know anything about that lyric I mean concidering you played Negan and us before" "no just getting here" the guy looked at you walking closer "what have you got in the coat" you glared at him "that is none of your concern" he grabbed a tomato from your bag " that's Jed mark him down for the tomato, I hope you get to where your going safely" Laura said before arat called them to go back "Can't believe we are working with those assholes Melody"  you spoke to your baby, staying back a while to let them get a head start not wanting to be around them to long, "
