"Ta dah! Look at how cute you look!" I squealed and showed him the pic.

"Delete it."

"Never!"

I smiled as I leaned against him, his arm around my waist.

"Whacha doing?" I asked.

"None ya business."

"Oh no! I posted our cosplay on my public cosplay account!"

"You what!? Take it down!"

"Hehehe! Gotcha!"

"You're on thin ice."

I stuck my tongue out at him with a smile.

I leaned against him and he went back to his phone.

It was a comfortable silence.

So comfortable I fell asleep.

Jesus, all I do is sleep!

I woke up when something heavy hit the floor.

"Who's that!?"

Mom?

"Stand behind me, honey!"

Dad?

"YN! Are you here? Can you hear me?!"

Why is mom screaming?

What's wrong?

I sat up, sleep still making g my eyes heavy.

"Eh?" I asked.

"YN!? Don't worry honey, I'm gonna get you out of there! Hun, go call the cops!"

"Cops? Why?" I looked at them confused.

"Them man that broke into our house! He's got you hostage!" My mom shrieked.

"Huh?" I looked at Gun confused. "You let someone break in and take me hostage?"

"I think they're talking about me."

"Oh. Mom, dad, Thai is Gun. He's a friend of mine."

"A-a friend?" Mom asked confused.

I nodded.

"Look, he even lets me boop him. Boop!"

"I don't let you, you just do it." Gun corrected and I laughed.

"YN, I didn't know you were dating someone? Why didn't you tell us?"

"We're not dating!" I blushed.

"Oh.... Okay." My parents looked at each other then jumped when he stood up.

"He sure is tall..." Dad pointed out.

"And has a good build!" Mom noted.

"We brought dinner. Um, Mr. Gun. Do you want to stay and eat with us?"

"No, I wouldn't want to take away time from you guys catching up." He shook his head.

"Ugh, he's always like this! I'd corse he'll stay!" I hugged his arm. "Weee!" I giggled as he lifted his arm and dangled me.

My parents shared a glance then headed to the kitchen.

"Giddy up!" I said and he rolled his eyes from behind his shades before making his way to the kitchen.

We sat next to each other as my parents sat in front of us.

"Hamburgers!" I cheered.

My mom passed out the plates and I dug through the bags.

"Oh, Gun. Want chilies on yours?" I asked pulling out a small packet of them.

"Okay."
