Yoongi walked into his lawyer's office, a thick folder in hand. "Hi again," he said, taking a seat.

His lawyer, a middle-aged woman with a kind face, smiled. "Hello, Yoongi. I see you've brought the documents we discussed last time?"

Yoongi nodded, handing her the folder. "Yes, I've made a list of our assets, debts, and what I'm willing to negotiate on. And I've also gathered evidence of Jeongkuk's infidelity."

His lawyer took the folder, scanning its contents. "Good work, Yoongi. This will definitely help us build a strong case. Now, let's talk about the next step: serving the divorce papers."

Yoongi steeled himself, feeling a mix of emotions. "Okay, I'm ready."

His lawyer nodded. "I'll prepare the papers and have them delivered to Jeongkuk. Once he's been served, we'll wait for his response. If he contests the divorce, we'll proceed to trial. If not, we can negotiate the terms of the divorce and finalize everything."

Yoongi took a deep breath, feeling a sense of determination. "Let's do this. But what happens when jeongkuk doesn't consent to the divorce papers?

Yoongi's lawyer nodded, "Now, if Jeongkuk doesn't consent to the divorce papers, we'll have to take further action. We'll need to file a petition with the court and request a hearing. During the hearing, both parties will present their arguments, and the judge will make a decision."

Yoongi's eyes narrowed, "What if Jeongkuk tries to drag this out or refuses to cooperate?"

His lawyer's expression turned serious, "If Jeongkuk refuses to cooperate or drags his feet, we can request a default judgment from the court. However, that's usually a last resort. We'll try to negotiate and come to a settlement before taking that step."

Yoongi nodded, his mind racing with the possibilities. He knew Jeongkuk could be stubborn, but he was determined to see this through. "Okay, let's get started then."

Meanwhile...

"Hey, guys!" Jeongkuk said, his face appearing on the screen with a sheepish expression.

"Hey, Jeongkuk!" Jimin and Taehyung chimed in unison, their faces also visible on the screen.

"How's it going?" Jimin asked, his tone friendly.

"Not great, to be honest," Jeongkuk admitted, his expression turning serious. "I wanted to apologize again for the scene my husband and I caused at the engagement party. I was totally out of line."

Taehyung nodded understandingly. "Dude, you both totally ruined the vibe, but it's okay. We know you're going through a tough time."

Jimin added, "Yeah, we're just glad you're acknowledging your mistakes. But let's get real, Jeongkuk. What's going on with you and Yoongi? Are you guys really getting divorced?"

Jeongkuk hesitated, unsure of how much to reveal. "Uh, no, no, no, it's just a big misunderstanding. We're working through some issues, that's all."

Jimin raised an eyebrow. "A misunderstanding? That's not what it looked like to us."

Taehyung chimed in, "Yeah, it seemed pretty serious. But hey, we're here for you, no matter what. If you need someone to talk to or a place to crash, we're here."

Jeongkuk forced a smile, grateful for their support. "Thanks, guys. That means a lot."

Knock knock!

Jeongkuk's eyes widened in shock as he heard the knock at the door. "Hey, guys, I've got to go. There's someone at the door."

Jimin and Taehyung exchanged a curious glance. "Okay, see you later," Jimin said.
