"There's our star in the sky," laughed a familiar voice as I got out of my Audi. With a grin, I looked ahead and could see my parents. "Eliza!!," came the call from behind, and already I saw someone in a green dress rushing towards me.

"Bonnie," I laughed and knelt down. Without warning, my just five-year-old sister threw herself into my arms and hugged me fiercely. "I've missed you so much, Ellie," she said and gave me a kiss on the cheek. "I love you all too. But it was only a month, wasn't it?" I asked the little one, but she still looked at me with the same gaze. "Come on, let's go to Mom and Dad," I laughed and lifted her up. Together we went to my parents, who welcomed me warmly.

"We are so happy to see you again," said Mom, and I smiled. "I'm happy too. It was about time," I said, and Dad took my suitcase from me. "Let's go in. It's supposed to rain soon," he laughed, and as if on cue, Bonnie and I shot back, "The Davies aren't made of sugar!" Immediately, we all started to laugh.

Grandma always told us that when we wanted to go inside while it was raining. Since then, we have always kept this saying to ourselves. I let Bonnie down to the floor again, and together we went into the living room, where I immediately collapsed onto the green sofa.

"Tell me, how are you? Your new song is really taking off," Mom laughed as she came back with a cup of tea in her hand. "It could be going better, but I am happy. Many people stand behind me and now understand my perspective. Jason and Anthony have already caused a stir, but I'm just ignoring it," I said, taking a cookie from the bowl.

"Has anyone approached you yet, I mean a new label?," she asked me further. "No, unfortunately not. The reputation I have, of wanting to get rid of it at first, is somewhat difficult," I merely expressed. "Oh, it'll be fine, you have the talent and we know that," laughed Dad, who then sat down next to me. He grabbed the remote control and turned on the TV. "Thomas!! Do you really have to turn on the TV now that our daughter is back here after who knows how long!?," Mom asked him indignantly, and I laughed.

"Darling, it's F1 weekend. You know that I never miss it, and Eliza doesn't either," Dad said, and I grinned. "You really are something," sighed Mom, and Bonnie looked at me with a grin. "How was the week in Monaco, and girl, don't leave anything out, how were the drivers?," Dad started to ask, so I told them almost everything. By "almost," I naturally meant that I would skip the incident with the Brit. They already knew Clair, but not the others yet.

"That sounds really cool." "Nice that you all understood each other," Mum said, and I put on my smile. "Speaking of drivers, you really seem to get along well with one," Dad grinned, and I looked at him confused. "I got along with everyone, why do you ask?" I replied, confused. Dad pointed to the television where number 4 was currently being shown. The Brit seemed to be on his way to his garage. Oh man. "He's nice, so what?" I asked in the group. I hated lying to my parents about it. "You two are shaking up the media again," Mom said, handing me her phone.

There were a few articles listed there. "British F1 driver Lando Norris and singer Eliza Davies spotted together in London," it said in bold letters and I swallowed my panic. I opened the post and read through everything in detail. There were pictures of the two of us leaving the café together and Lando and I driving out of town. "Oh crap," I cursed and ran my fingers through my long hair. "What oh crap? Do we not know something?," Mum asked me and I sighed.

"Miss, you have to tell me everything," I heard a familiar voice and I turned round. "Good morning to you too," I yawned as I caught sight of my best friend coming towards me with Mick. "Wow, someone's still tired," Mick laughed in greeting. "Good morning to you too. It's four in the morning, if you must know," I yawned and together we made our way to the tarmac. Clari had actually managed to get me to come to Australia for the Melbourne GP. I hadn't actually wanted to go, but a few drivers hadn't let up.
