After defeating the ghosts and escaping from them as they revive, the gang rushes down the interior hallway to get to the cafeteria where the wedding is being held. Everyone takes deep breaths after running away from the ghosts.
"We got through the gate, but those ghosts just keep reviving!" Epel says.
"Don't stop now! We gotta get to the cafeteria. That's where the wedding's—" Ace says.
But Riddle cries out, "Watch out!"
And casts his magic to repel the attack.
"Housewarden!" Ace says, shocked.
"That was close! That attack would've hit us if Riddle hadn't deflected it," Epel says.
Soon the ghosts appear from behind.
One of them says, "What a petty trick!"
"We won't let you scoundrels ruin the princess's wedding! We'll capture you soon enough!" The second ghost says.
But Riddle steps forward and says, "You have some nerve, talking about ruining things when you're the ones who seized our school."
"My word. He has such a tremendous presence despite his small stature!" The ghost says.
And the other ghost says, "Don't back down! We'll show him how terrifying ghosts can be!"
Soon, the ghost soldiers are circling around Riddle.
Epel cries out, "Ack! The ghosts are circling Riddle!"
"We gotta help him!" Sereia cries out.
"Leave me!" Riddle says, "I'll hold them off. The rest of you go and make sure the operation succeeds."
"What?!" The twins exclaim.
"But there are so many ghosts, and only one of you!" Epel says.
But Riddle says, "We're in this mess because of me. I'm taking responsibility for it. You don't have to worry about me. Just who do you think I am?" as he attacks the ghosts who are surrounding him.
"He's right. Our housewarden's got it in the bag," Ace says.
"But..." Epel says.
"Just be careful, Riddle. I do believe in you, but promise us to be careful," Briar says.
Riddle nods in response.
Soon, Briar and the others rush off to stop the wedding.
"That's the spirit. Until we meet again, then," Riddle says.
