AURABELLA SIGHED AS SHE WAS SAT IN Mr Tanner's class. She had no interest in learning things she already knew so she sat thinking about random stuff most of the time. When the bell rang, Aurabella rushed out before Stefan could stop her. After school, Aurabella rushed home and picked out a dress. It was black, tight and beautiful, plus Aurabella had a leather jacket that went with it.
Aurabella got changed and slipped in her black heeled boots which she loved a lot. Stefan knocked on her door just as she finished zipping up her left boot, "You ready?"
"Yup." Aurabella smiled, walking over to her Uncle. Despite the boots, she was still shorter than Stefan no matter how hard she tried not to be.
When they arrived at the party, Aurabella wandered over to a cooler and pulled out two beers, taking one back to Stefan who gladly took it.
"Hey girls." Aurabella smiled, walking up to Elena and Bonnie. Bonnie instantly hugged her knewly found friend with a smile.
"Hello, Aurabella." Elena smiled.
"What you guys talking about?" Aurabella asked, Bonnie's arm staying wrapped around her shoulders.
"Your Uncle." Bonnie smiled, "And his pretty face."
"He does have a pretty face." Aurabella giggled slightly.
"So, where is that Uncle of yours?" Bonnie asked, dropping her arm so the three girls could stand in a triangle.
"I'm not sure." Aurabella looked around at all the students crowded around and drinking, not seeing her Uncle anywhere.
"You tell us. You're the psychic one." Elena smiled.
"Psychic, huh?" Aurabella smiled as Bonnie.
"Right, I forgot." Bonnie smiled, tilting her head slightly, "Okay, so give me a sec. Grams says I have to concentrate."
Elena stopped her, holding up her index finger, "Wait. You need a crystal ball. Uhh..."
Elena leant down and picked up an empty beer bottle and handed it to Bonnie who looked scared and shocked all of a sudden, Aurabella just looked confused, "Bonnie?"
Bonnie pulled her hand away and Elena shook her head slightly, "What?"
"That was weird." Bonnie spoke sternly but in a worried tone, "When I touched you, I saw a crow."
"What?" Elena asked, that got her attention.
"A crow." Bonnie repeated, pausing, "There was fog, a man."
Dad? Aurabella thought, she shook it off. Why would he show up now of all time?
"I'm drunk." Bonnie continued, "It's the drinking. There's nothing psychic about it. Yeah? Okay, I'm gonna get a refill."
"Okay." Elena spoke after Bonnie had walked away from her and Aurabella, leaving the two in confusion, "Bonnie?"
When the two turned back, Stefan was standing there. Its startled Elena but Aurabella heard it from a mile away.
"Hi." Stefan smiled.
"And that's my cue." Aurabella smiled, "See you later, guys."
"Stay safe." Stated shouted after his niece.
"Yeah, yeah." Aurabella waved him off as she walked away. She pushed herself to sit on a wooden railing, listening to the music.
"Hello." A male voice spoke as it got closer.
"Hello. You're the boy that walked into me at The Grill." Aurabella pointed at him with a smile, "Loving the grunge look."
"Uhh, thanks." The boy circled on the spot, showing off his outfit, "And, I can argue that you walked into me."
"Mmm, no. You walked into me." Aurabella nodded, "What's your name... grunge boy?"
"Jeremy, Jeremy Gilbert." The boy smiled, "What's yours mysterious girl?"
"Elena's little brother... hm." Aurabella smirked, "Are you always this grunge?"
"Do you always dodge the question?" Jeremy smirked, leaning on the railing beside her.
"You catch on quick." Aurabella nodded, "My name? Well... that's for me to know and for you to dot, dot, dot."
Aurabella hopped off the railing, having to now look up at Jeremy, "See you around... grunge boy." And with that she walked away.
