AURABELLA WAS SAT ON THE ROOF of the Salvatore mansion. She and her Uncle Stefan had recently moved back to Mystic falls after she told him about what happened to the two girls but Aurabella sensed there was another reason.Aurabella hated the idea of being back in Mystic falls, the memories were all there. Her father's face was there. Damon Salvatore. He wasn't much of a dad since he was never around. He disappeared when Aurabella turned at 16 years old.
If he ever showed up, the cover story was that he was her other Uncle who was an ass. At least that was the easiest way to explain it.
Aurabella was watching as the sun finally hit her as she sat in the roof, her legs dangled over the edge when a loud voice disrupted the silence, "Aura! Get the hell down."
"Coming!" Aurabella shouted back, she jumped down on her balcony, getting her bag and leather jacket from her room. Her black thick heeled boots clicking with every step she took.
She walked out of the house to find Stefan waiting at in his red car, "Hurry up, little one."
"Don't call me that." Aurabella sent a look to her Uncle as she climbed into the passenger seat of the car, "I've already told you this."
"Yeah, right. Sorry." Stefan said, turning on the car when the door closed, "Won't do it again."
"Better not." Aurabella sighed, watching out the window. She watched at the trees went by and they entered the town centre.
When they arrived, Aurabella got out of the car and waited for Stefan to follow. They both walked into the school and to the registers office to sign in.
While Stefan was talking to the lady, Aurabella wasn't really paying attention, she was looking at her nails, fixing her shirt, she just wanted her schedule and wanted to leave.
"Hold up." A female voice cut through while Stefan worked his 'charm', "Who are they?"
"All I see is back." Another voice cut through. Aurabella listened into their conversation as she raised placed her sunglasses on.
"That's two hot backs." The first girl spoke making Aurabella grow a small smirk on her face as the second girl chuckled.
"I'm sensing Seattle, and he plays a guitar. But she... she is an artist in disguise." The first girl spoke once again.
"You're gonna run this psychic thing into the ground, huh?" The second girl spoke with a small chuckle.
"Pretty much." The first girl spoke softly.
"I'll be right back." The second girl spoke and Aurabella heard the receding footsteps but the first girl was still standing there. Aurabella only knew that because her footsteps weren't heard.
"Please be hot." The girl murmured making Aurabella smirk as she and Stefan turned, walking past this brown haired girl who stared at them in awe.
"I'm going to sit outside, I'll see you later." Aurabella said before walking away from her Uncle who went down the corridor.
Aurabella left the school building and walked around the courtyard, sunglasses covering her eyes. She could hear every conversation around. Even the ones that were talking about her ass which just made her smirk.
When the bell rang, Aurabella groaned before walking to history. She froze when she saw a girl that looked exactly like Katherine.
"Aurabella. Move." Stefans voice rang in her ears. Stefan was sat in his seat as he spoke under his breath, only loud enough for Aurabella's hearing.
Aurabella sighed before going to her seat, between Stefan and the girl that was saying Aurabella's and Stefans were hot. The Katherine-lookalike was diagonal from her.
Only weird thing was... she had a heart beat. Aurabella knew one thing... that was not Katherine unless she found a cure or something.
Aurabella zoned out as the teacher droned on about the past and blah-blah-blah. She didn't care for history class because she already knew all of it.
As soon as school was over, Aurabella couldn't be happier to get out of there. She was ready to be home and relax but Stefan had other plans.
