I pulled up into Beyonce's driveway to drop Kaiden off. You could see her in the door way waiting for him, smiling instantly seeing my car. She rushed out the door happily and came to the car. He hopped out of the car and ran into her.
You would've thought she didn't see him in years the way she held his face kissing him. Her whole life revolves around him and I find it so cute.
Beyoncé and I relationship was still a bit distant but it was there nevertheless. It was still a re-growing process and I honestly respected it. I just appreciate we came to terms for the boy we both love the most.
"Mommy I had so much fun with godmommy!!'
"Did you baby? I'm so happy for you." She said as she placed a kiss on his forehead and grabbed his things.
"He wasn't bad for you was he?" Kaiden scrunched his face up and I laughed. She scrunched her face back up at him and they just started making faces at each-other.
"No never. But, I do need to talk to you." I told her. I watched as she brought Kaiden into the house before walking back outside, getting into my car.
"We should go for a ride." She said buckling herself in.
"Kaiden-"
"Is with Onika. Take me to go pick my food up. Please?" I nodded as we pulled out of the driveway.
"So you just using me now?" I joked.
"I should huh?" I smacked my teeth and she giggled typing the restaurant in the GPS.
"Okay so.." I dragged as I turned the music down to talk to her.
"So what's up? If you're trying to talk about Ro-"
"No no. I wanted to tell you about yesterday. I ran— well Nipsey walked up to Kaiden and I." I glanced at her before back at the road.
I didn't hear anything and I glanced again to see She held no expression to her face.
"Oh.. for what?" She didn't show a sense of being upset more so detached. She didn't show any kind of reaction to him.
"To see if it was really Kaiden. He told Kaiden he'll call him yesterday and gave me his number to give-"
"I don't want his number, Lo. You let my baby speak to him?" She said almost immediately.
"Barely. He never called him either...." I dragged off. It's sad because Kaiden was awaiting his call yesterday. That's why I hate that he even ran into him. Beyoncé just chuckled.
