I ran my fingers through her head as we laid in the bed. She had a headache and I know massages can help ease them. This was a routine for us since we've known each other.

I just knew remedies that would help soothe her. I knew Solange like the back of my hand. We were friends for years. But, I've always felt for her. It was hard not to. This was a woman who was headstrong. Confident in her walk and how she talked.

She was a piece of art within herself. She was graceful to me. And a person like me? I know I wouldn't be able to handle something like her.

I would be scared to even let her near anyone else once to be claimed as mine. She's a woman who knows her worth, knows that she doesn't need you but instead she wants you.

A woman to be afraid of. They aren't afraid to lose anything because they can get it back plus more.

Both of the Knowles women were like that.

"Whatever it is you got going on with my sister needs to stop." She spoke up quietly.

"I don't have nothing going on with her."

"You do. She's not going to lie Robyn. If she took away her ideas, so be it. But, retaliation against her because she did? I'm not going to fly with. Do us both a favor, Just stop speaking to her.

I hate to be in the middle of this because I love you both. But that's my sister." She explained.

"I really don't have anything against her but if I did, could you blame me?! Her intentions were to literally ruin my show, weeks before it. Anybody would be ticked off." Now I hired a stage manager to do a downgraded version of the stage she built.

"Robyn, a simple apology will go a long way. You didn't have to come at her unprovoked the way you did. She's right, she's not in charge of no grown ass adults. That was never her fault." She spoke quietly and softly.

"She ain't leave a detail out did she?"

"Apologize to my sister... I guarantee you'd have a show next week. A spectacular one." She ignored me.

"I'm already apologizing to her, that was the plan. So, you don't have anything to worry about." I wasn't apologizing for the simple fact I needed her brain. It's just the right thing to do. I'll admit that I was wrong but I truly did not expect for it to blow up the way it did.

Didn't even get a chance for it to cool down and talk like the adults we are. It doesn't help that afterwards, I took everything she said personally.
