we see the Ouroboros Dragon, Ophis, looking at Great Red with confusion about two other power levels in Kuoh.

Ophis: Skyranu and Extirua have never left Edenark for anything before Baka-Red, if they have, that means they might've chosen a Great Uniter, their island equivalent of the Pillar of the Factions, are you sure it was the Ancient Dragon Gods?

Great Red: i could never forget their appearances Ophis, i remember Skyranu telling me to back off his island, as things would get deadly quick.

Ophis: Extirua, his foul aroma and dangerous poison was so close to killing me, even in my true form.

GR: yeah, even the Heavenly Dragons were traumatized by the Old Gods' power, Ddraig's fire not only strengthens Skyranu but his charging technique nearly crushed the Welsh Dragon to death, while Albion was being constricted by the sadistic Disaster Dragon.

Ophis: Ddraig and Albion thought they could be the strongest if they fought them, but they bit the bullet when they find out.

[flashback, Edenark during the Great War]

Skyranu: I told you and the new gods to back off Intruder, but now you'll feel the WRATH OF EARTH!

as he harnesses the power of the sun to fire a solar beam at the Dragon of Dragons while Ophis tried to use its portals to drag Extirua in but the Great Wyrm keeps on spewing poison into the portals, not realizing that he was poisoning its domain during the battle.

it then teleported to where Great Red was and felt really sick, unlike anything happened as Ophis never has been sick.

Ophis: Great Red, something's wrong with me.

GR: huh?

then Skyranu tail swiped him into a mountain as he rammed his horns into the Dragon of Dreams, causing him to roar in pain as blood pours out of the wound, he never felt this power before as Skyranu picks him up and slams him into the ground as Ophis was coughing up blood.

Extirua: like my poison? i put a whole heap of it into your dimensional gap, i made it all by myself, just as sadistic as its maker.

he laughed as Ophis was trying to think properly but all it saw was rage, how dare this bastard poison its home like a sociopath, it tries to blast Extirua but he dodged and BIT Ophis on the face.

Ophis: (hisses in pain) if i survive this torture, you'll be on my killing list.

Extirua: I'm heavily armed baby, you'll never reach to my level, because extinction IS INEVITABLE!!

then the two heard Great Red shouting that he forfeits the battle, causing Skyranu to look at him with determination.

Skyranu: was that a whisper, dragons don't whisper, SAY IT AGAIN.

Great Red: I SURRENDER!!!!

he then lets him go as Extirua scoffs as his prey was healed by his rival's magic as the two Dragon Gods leave before Extirua shouts that their next fight will be more serious.

Ophis shrugged at the thought of someone dropping an overpowered cyanide into its own dimension.

Great Red: it seems the old man's moving out of the house with his wife, good for them leaving such disgusting parents of Issei.

as Juzo and Sayuri were entering the car while the Hyoudou Family and the Faction leaders were begging for them to stay.

Gorou: come on dad, you must agree that......

they all backed off from Juzo, who was nodding at their disapproval of getting shot, Sayuri entered the car as Azazel tried to reason with the couple.

Azazel: please, if you go there, the gods of that land will be merciless, dinosaurs and other dangers will kill you.

he then bolted out of the bed and into a larger gray-haired woman who growled at him, causing Issei to run out into a village of Futas, ones that Issei never seen before.
