FIVE: Prisoner

A day has passed since i got kidnapped by my ex-bestfriend.

I opened my eyes slowly from my deep slumber. I was still in the cold room, tightly blinded by the ropes. I couldn't use my Telekinesis because there was something in these ropes that prevented me from using my magic.

I could hear footsteps of robots outside the walls, clanking and clinging of metals and gears, doors being opened and boxes being delivered.

I sat straight and shook my head again, regretted that i had woken up because i can now feel the coldness of the room again.

"Jeez.. What does he have in here..?" I mumbled to myself particularly.

As i sat there with my thoughts i heard the door open and robot footsteps coming in.

A small, black robot adorned in red outlines came up to me. They had a box structure and on top of them were a plate of plain rice and soup, with mashed potatoes on the side.

I raised an eyebrow with confusion. Then it suddenly spoke.

"With orders by the master, here is your meal" Their short and robotic voice echoed through the room as it set the plate down.

It then went behind me and cut the ropes, but putting two white bands with crimson outlines. The ropes left a slight mark on my exposed skin making them hurt for a bit.

"Thank you, robot..?" I said with slight confusion and surprise.

"Viro." It corrected and quickly left the door, as i heard a lock click. I sighed and stood up, looking at the bracelets. I then looked at the plate and tried to lift it up using my telekinesis but i felt electricity shock through my arms, making me yelp and stumble back gripping my arm. The shock had come from the band.

"I wouldn't try that if i were you." TDL appeared behind me. I turned around and stepped back from him.

"Don't mind me." He pulled out a syringe and walked closer, holding it up as if he was about to inject me. I quickly backed away as he got closer. His eyes narrowed before he raised his other arm that had the black band and red outlines just like mine and snapped his fingers.

"TDL wait—"

Suddenly the bands on my wrists pulled me closer to him with strong and sudden force as his hand tightly gripped my arm and roughly inserted the needle in, he got extracted my blood and pushed me aside where i landed on my butt with my back against the wall. His eyes looked down at me with coldness, and HATE.

"Start eating, or i won't be as merciful tomorrow." he spoke and left through the door with the syringe in hand. I gripped on the spot where he inserted and extracted my blood, gritting my teeth at the still swelling pain since the needle he inserted was quite long.

I crawled towards the plate and stared at it, i didn't like eating much so i only took a couple spoons of rice and mashed potatoes.

I hate how TDL treats me now, i hate how he looked at me with hatred, i hate how cold his voice is. I hate it here.

I hope TCO doesn't hate me too.

I drifted off to sleep. Again.

The room was still cold.

Another day has passed since my last encounter with TDL, i was curled up in the wall where the light was still visible. I didn't want to eat despite what TDL said.

The door opened as I lifted up my head, and was greeted by the robot who brought me food, Its mini arm held a syringe and i assume it was going to extract more of my blood.

"Good morning, Y/N, master requests me to extract your blood, could you hold up your arm please" it said it their usual robotic voice. He was much kinder than TDL.

I hesitantly extended my arm out, afraid that the robot would be as rough as TDL, but it wasn't, instead it slowly inserted the needle as i hissed in pain before it quickly extracted my blood, it removed the needle and stuck a band aid on the spot.

"Thank you, Viro" i said to it as i watched it put the syringe inside a small rectangular storage unit on its side.

It observed my surroundings before looking back at me again. "I see you haven't eaten much. Master will be mad." It spoke.

"I didn't want to eat" i responded

It didn't say anything for a while and left with the plate, leaving me alone again. I sighed with loneliness.

I just zoned out, thinking of the possible escape options, and thinking of TCO and TSC. I hope they know I'm okay...

I closed my eyes, wanting to rest more or to achieve just a quick nap. I heard the door open again but with not metallic footsteps. I raise my head as i lazily opened my eyes. There came a scientist, he had dark grey skin and the white laboratory clothes. The scientist walked closer and looked down at me, his expression serious.

"Get up" he commanded, his voice was stern and he looked impatient. I hesitantly got up, my height only reaching to his shoulders. He stood aside as if waiting for me to exit through the open door.

I walked towards the door as I heard his footsteps behind me, i walked outside and he stood beside me. We were now walking to the hallways, it was filled with the sounds of people scrambling around, the sound of machines and the cold air that was within its atmosphere. I also noticed that there were those same vira-bots that attacked the city.

After a while, he led me to the large metal doors, made out of the thickest metal capable of stopping anyone from escaping. There was a scanner for cards on its right in which the scientist swipped a card that he took from the pocket of his lab coat.

The doors opened and the scientist pushed me foreward signaling me to keep going, I kept on walking as not to anger him since he looked like he had a high rank and could possibly harm me. Thankfully, he didn't say anything and led me through the white hallways, the flourescent lights shone brightly—almost blindingly in my eyes.

We stopped in a cell-like room, with only a bed and a cctv visible

"This is your cell. If you decide to be disobedient, you will be transported to something worse than this." He advises before leaving after shutting the door.

I sighed and stayed in that position for a moment before walking towards the bed and flopping on it. The bed sure was comfortable, but not enough to comfort me at this moment. For i was now his prisoner.
