Chapter 21: "Message Sent"
Narrator's POV The warriors and God's continued to strike the Vesh empire from multiple directions all in one night. The next day the Vesh emperor knew that the last attack wasn't an attack that could've been pulled off by some small resistance, especially with the emperor knowing he had technology that was more than one hundred years more advanced than what any one person on earth had access to. Now with his bases being torn and burned down overnight, he regretted having his servant Okotoma killed. Maybe what he had said about the sons kings having special abilities was true; maybe the so-called God, Vel'dair, that the people of Kishi feared was actually real. No, he still doubted the existence of any type of supernatural being or entity's, if anything, he thought that he himself and all humans might as well be gods. But still, he didn't think it was a coincidence that only a couple days after Okotoma came to deliver that ridiculous message to him about the king's son having some type of superpower and about how he should be making peace with Kishi and the other nations... His ranks began to fall drastically...
