Chapter 29 The Heat Begins

Triton drives off and calls Chris. Chris answers his phone.
Chris: What is it now, man? What has the crazy bitch done this time?
Triton: Now is not the time for jokes, man! She seduced me one night, and now she's pregnant!
Chris: Pregnant! This is not good at all, man!
Triton: Not only is she pregnant! She somehow got Malone to help her get a house! I'm tired of this crazy girl, man!
Chris: Damn! She is crazy! Wait! I thought you blocked her!
Triton: I did block her! She text me from another number!
Chris: Wow! Man, you got yourself in deep this time! Have you talked to Malone?
Triton: No, I haven't heard from her all day! I tried calling her, but there was no answer! I'm going to try calling her again! I don't want her to find out about any of this!
Chris: Okay, man, I'll talk to you later!
Triton hangs up the phone to call Malone; she answers!
Malone: Yes Triton!
Triton: Come on, baby, don't be like that! I miss you being home!
Malone: It sure didn't seem like that; when I was there, you were always gone!
Triton: Baby, I'm sorry! When are you coming home?
Malone rolls her eyes
Malone: I'll be home on Monday!
Triton: Monday? Baby, that's too far away!
Malone: No, it's not Triton; it's Saturday already; two more days won't hurt you!
Triton: I know. I miss you and my baby! I wanted to make sure you all are okay!
Malone: The baby and I are fine! I have to go. I'll talk to you later, Triton! Malone hangs up and gets a call from Adrian.

Malone answers the phone call from Adrian.
Malone: Hey, Adrian, is everything okay?
Adrian: Hey girl, are you busy?
Malone: No, I'm not busy. I was reading a book, that's all.
Adrian: I hate to bother you! Do you mind coming by the house right away? I'm having trouble with the light switch!
Malone: Yes, sure, I'd love to help in any way I can!
Adrian: Awesome, I'll see you when you get here!
Malone grabs her purse and tells her parents she will be back!
Malone: Mom, I'll be right back! I must see a client at her house on Rocky Rants Rd.
Mother: Okay, sweetie, almost done with dinner; hurry back!
Malone: I won't be long, Mom!
Malone leaves to go to Adrian's new house! When she arrived, she noticed all the lights were off in her house. Malone knocks on the door; Adrian opens the door!
Adrian: Hey, girl, thanks for coming!
Malone: No problem, girl! Let's walk to the breaker box!
They walk to the breaker box, and Adrian has something in her hand and knocks Malone out!
She drags Malone into the front room and ties her up against a chair with duct tape on her mouth! Then, it cuts back on the lights! She notices Malone's cell phone on the floor and picks it up. It has a face lock, so she puts it in front of Malone's face to unlock it. She texts Triton off her phone!
Adrian: Meet me at 127 Rocky Rants Rd! Right now, hurry, it's essential!
Triton gets a text from Malone; he opens the message! Triton knew something had to be wrong!
Triton: Why the hell would Malone tell me to meet her at Adrain's place?
Triton rushes to Adrian's house. When he arrives, he beats on the door. Malone passed out, sleeping in the chair. Adrian walks to the door and opens it.
Adrian: Well, hello, baby daddy!
Triton pushes Adrian out of the way.
Triton: Where the hell is my wife? Malone! Malone!
Triton sees Malone tied up to a chair and rushes over to her. Adrian comes up behind him and hits him with a vase in the back of his head! Then, he ties him behind Malone in a Chair. After a while, two of them were awakened! Malone and Triton try to scream! Adrian walks back into the living room. Adrian starts clapping and laughing!
Adrian: Now, let's have some counseling!
Adrian takes the tape off of their mouth.
Malone: What the hell? Adrian, why are you doing this?
Adrian: SUPRISE! SURPRISE!SURPRISE!! We are all one big happy family in the room.
Triton: This is between you and me, Adrian! Let my wife go; she has nothing to do with this!
Adrian Slaps Triton
Adrian: Shut the hell up, Triton! I'm tired of you talking about your wife! All of this is your fault!
Malone: Wait! Do you two know one another?
Adrian: Yes, we do, Malone! We know one another very well! Tell her, Triton, how you came into my office seeking counseling! I tried to help you by getting you your business loan. You wanted to take things to another level!
Triton stares at Adrian with an evil look.
Malone: Is what she's saying true, Triton?
Adrain: Wait! There's more! He took me out on a date for appreciation, and we had sex that very same night! Then we met up another time and had sex again! That's not even the best part; now I'm pregnant! Pregnant with his Child! How dare you get both of us pregnant, Triton!
Malone: Wait! So you're the friend he was seeing?
Adrian: Bingo! You hit the jackpot bitch!
Malone starts crying
Triton: It's true, Malone. I'm sorry, I love you! Not her!
Adrian slaps Triton
Adrian: Don't apologize now, Triton! Now she can feel the same pain, I think! On a good note, I won't kill you! You're the Father of my Child! Your wife has to go! To be continued.
