After a few minutes Griffin decided he would go looking for him until he got an answer. If there was a possibility Sathorn would be alive he wanted to help his new found friend. Calling Sathorn a friend still felt weird to him even if it was only said in his head. He went and took all his books out and filled his bag with bullets for his gun and bottles of water. He put on a gun holster they had previously found in the house, putting his gun inside of it. After getting all his things together he put the bag onto his back and set out. "I will find him." Griffin said aloud as he started his journey. He was very far out of town to walk, and who knows where Sathorn was, but he would walk until he found him dead or alive. Griffin walked for hours, it felt like forever and it looked like it was about to start getting dark. He was now in town, after twenty-five miles of walking. Thankfully because Sathorn had taken the truck Griffin didn't have to go into any houses. Although he probably should have gone inside to get some food and sleep, he kept walking. He walked through the night, killing any zombies that got in his way. He didn't try to avoid them like usual, he took the road because that's where a car would be able to go. Taking the road meant there wasn't any hiding from them so he just shot any that got in his way. He did drink water while walking sometimes but he hadn't eaten since morning and it was now dark out. He was walking toward the only direction he knew, the way they came. He had hoped Sathorn wouldn't be dumb enough to go into unsearched areas by himself. It had been a long time since Griffin legs had Hurt from walking but they were starting to cramp up a bit. He continued to walk, his legs aching, not giving up or stopping in any houses. He had probably walked thirty miles now, almost out of water now as he finished up another bottle. His legs were really starting to hurt but he couldn't stop now, he only had ten miles left till his house. That's the only logical place Griffin thought Sathorn would go. Due to his adrenaline he was able to keep walking, he had carried someone while bleeding out before, this should be nothing for him. However, because of how much further he was walking, and the fact he hadn't eaten or slept he was in a lot of pain. Now finally reaching the house, as the sun was coming up, he saw the truck. It had some of his stuff on the back of it, which made him furrow his eyebrows. Either he had walked this entire way for nothing, or Sathorn was trying to steal his things. Neither were very desirable options but he had secretly hoped he just walked there for nothing. However his search wasn't over as he hadn't needed Sathorn yet. As he got closer to the house, he noticed a few zombies outside and he bit his lip. His search was over in a few seconds as Sathorn stepped out of the house, carrying some things. However as he set the things on the truck bed a zombie was behind him. Griffin quickly pulled out his gun and shot the zombie. He sighed in relief as the zombie dropped to the ground, Sathorn turned quickly as he was very startled. Griffin quickly walked over to Sathorn and hugged him, however mid hug Griffin had passed out due to lack of sleep and food. Sathorn panicked a bit, but he was also confused how Griffin had gotten there and why he was there. He quickly put him in the truck and finished loading up the stuff from the house. He then got into the car and started to drive back to the house in the country. Sathorn wondered why Griffin came for him, he had figured Griffin would be uncomfortable for a little while and wanted to give him space. He also figured Griffin would want to live in the house with electricity so he had killed two birds with one stone and drove to get whatever he could fit in the truck bed from the old house. However, while driving Sathorn had noticed a lot of dead zombies around and was in shock, had Griffin killed all of them? He knew Griffin only killed what he needed to, why were so many dead? While being in shock and staring at these completely dead zombies Sathorn didn't notice the one standing in the road and he hit it. He quickly stopped the truck, shocked. Thankfully he wasn't going that fast, nor did he hit it that hard so the car was still able to drive. He turned to see Griffin had woken up. He was still very tired, and groggy. "What happened?" He mumbled. Sathorn didn't say anything, hoping Griffin was just talking in his sleep and he drove back to the gas station from before. He wanted to see how bad the damage was, he was worried Griffin would be mad at him if it was really bad. He got out of the truck after parking it, thankfully the damage wasn't bad but it did have a little bit of damage on the front of the truck. Griffin, still groggy, also got out of the car. Sathorn clenched his teeth a bit, he would probably still get upset. "ผมคิดว่าคุณนอนอยู่ (I thought you were sleeping)" Griffin looked at the damage however, he didn't even have time to be mad, as he was about to mumble some swear words at Sathorn he noticed a zombie coming towards them. "Fucking hell" he mumbled pulling his gun out and pulling the trigger once aimed at the zombie. However the gun didn't fire, it was out of ammo, and the zombie was very close to them. Griffin didn't have any other weapon on him so he quickly pushed Sathorn behind him and used himself as a shield, getting bit. He groaned in pain and pushed the zombie off of him, his arm now bleeding. "Get in the car!" He shouted pointing with his other arm. Sathorn, who was very scared, quickly did so and Griffin followed. "Lets go, now" Sathorn started the car and drove, however he was worried because Griffin had called them zombies and he had seen zombie movies before.
