Nine years had passed since Shoto Todoroki had left his childhood home. Now, standing at the gates of The U.A. High School, where he was back in his childhood city, he felt a mix of excitement and anxiety as he prepared to embark on his journey to becoming a pro hero.

As he stepped insides the gates of U.A, a guy with green hair got his attention. He felt familiar to Todoroki, but he couldn't exactly tell who he was. The green haired guy Infront of him turned around, now his large circular green eyes piercing into Todoroki's heterochromatic eyes and Todoroki could tell that he was just as nervous as he was, maybe even more nervous.

"Uh, hey!" the green-haired boy stammered, his voice shaky yet friendly. "You're new here, right?"

Todoroki nodded, trying to mask his own nerves with a small smile. "Yeah, I just transferred. I'm Shoto Todoroki."

"I'm Izuku Midoriya," the boy replied, a hint of excitement creeping into his voice. "It's great to meet you! I've heard a lot about U.A. and how amazing the students are. I'm really looking forward to learning and training here!"

Todoroki watched Midoriya as he spoke, feeling an unexpected warmth at his enthusiasm. "It's a good school. I'm hoping to learn a lot too."

As they chatted, Todoroki couldn't shake the feeling that he had seen Midoriya before, but he dismissed it for the moment. After all, he had been away for nearly a decade, and memories of his childhood were mostly faded.

"So, what kind of Quirk do you have?" Midoriya asked, his eyes wide with curiosity.

"I can control ice and fire," Todoroki replied, keeping his tone casual. "It's a bit complicated."

"Wow, that's really cool! I've always thought elemental Quirks were amazing!" Midoriya exclaimed, his excitement infectious.

"Thank you, What about you?" Todoroki said calmly, with a very small smile.

Midoriya's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm as he replied, "I have a Quirk called 'One for All.' It's a special kind of power that can be passed down from one person to another. It makes me super strong and gives me enhanced speed. But I'm still learning how to control it properly."

"That sounds incredible," Todoroki said, genuinely impressed. "I can see why you want to be a hero."

"Yeah! I've always wanted to help people and make a difference," Midoriya replied, his passion shining through. "It's why I'm here at U.A.! I want to be a great hero, just like all my favourites!"

Todoroki smiled a little at his enthusiasm. "What class are you in?" He asked the green haired boy who had a huge smile plastered in his face.

"I'm in Class 1-A!" Midoriya replied, his excitement bubbling over. "That's where all the best heroes train! What about you?"

"I'm in Class 1-A too," Todoroki said, feeling a sense of relief. "Looks like we'll be in the same class."

"Awesome! Let's go together!" Midoriya suggested, motioning for Todoroki to follow him.

As they walked through the bustling halls of U.A. High School, Todoroki couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement and nervousness wash over him. The school was alive with students discussing their quirks and sharing stories. He glanced over at Midoriya, who was animatedly sharing his thoughts about the upcoming hero training sessions.

"Do you think we'll have a chance to work with pro heroes?" Midoriya asked, his eyes wide with anticipation.

"I hope so," Todoroki replied. "It would be a great opportunity to learn from the best."
