"We need to find out what's wrong with Rah." Rohit said as he closed the door, Virat sat on the bed and frowned.

"He's talking to me normally, why's he behaving weird with you?" Virat asked narrowing his eyes at Rohit, suspiciously.

"Excuse me? Are you accusing me of hurting Rah somehow?" Rohit asked, gasping. He shook his head and clapped dramatically, "First you stick with that alien, and now you are accusing me of something so heinous?" He asked.

Virat sighed, "Again with that edit!" He mumbled under his breath. He took a deep breath and said, "No Ro, I am not saying you intentionally did something to hurt him, maybe somehow unintentionally-" Virat was saying but was interrupted by Rohit.

He shook his head and cut in between, "No Vi, he's hiding something from me." He said as realization dawned upon him.

"What do you mean?" Virat asked, confusion clear on his face. Rohit sat in front of him and said, "See I always know when any of the kiddos are lying and Rah has it figured out, he has ways to lie to everyone but he still doesn't know how to lie to me. So he's trying to avoid talking to me altogether." 

Virat bobbed his head and opened his mouth and closed it, for lack of something to say. "Why are you bobbing your head like a fish you dumbass?" Rohit asked smacking Virat's arm.

"When did you get so smart Ro?" Virat asked, genuinely sentimental now. Rohit frowned at this overt display of emotion from Virat.

Rohit smiled softly, "Since I got these kids I guess? At least for them." He said and grabbed Virat in a headlock, "And when it's us, we'll obviously be dumbasses together." He said trying to cover up the fact that he was also being emotional.

Virat smiled, "Leave me you idiot, I know all of your tactics of avoiding emotions." He said ruffling Rohit's thinning hair.

"We are getting old Vi." Rohit said after a while and Virat nodded, "It's almost over for us." He said. "But we'll never be free of this big brother duties like Mahi bhai isn't so we need to figure out what's he hiding." Rohit said definitely.

"Ok I'll ask him." Virat said and Rohit shook his head, "Didn't you see how effortlessly he lies to you?" He said and Virat gasped.

"How dare you Ro?" Virat asked, his eyes wide. "No offense Vi, but it's the truth. Now at the door when I asked he was literally hiding behind Jassi but when you asked he talked to you." Rohit said placatingly.

"See so he TALKED to me, so I should go ask him na!" Virat whined, like a kid who had been denied a toffee. "Tsk Vi listen, it seemed like he was lying to you baba." Rohit said and Virat was going to argue further just then the door opened.

Rohit and Virat who had subconsciously leaned towards each other while arguing, jumped apart. Ritika and Anushka stood there, habitual to this.

"If you guys are done with your romance remember we are the hosts?" Ritika said and Anushka chimed in, "You have been romancing since the past 15 years now, please come be a good host."

"We weren't doing anything like that nushki!" Rohit pouted standing near Ritika, away from Virat. "Ritsy we were just discussing about the kids." Virat said putting a hand around Anushka's waist.

Ritika and Anushka shook their heads and muttered in unison, "Yeah that does not help, sounds even more coupley." Rohit tsked and said, "Just get Rahuliya alone to me I'll handle the rest." Rohit said as Ritika and Anushka dragged both of them out.
