Rohit was in the kitchen, filling their glasses. Virat entered with Rahul meekly following him and Rohit looked up.

"Why do you look like I am going to eat you or something?" Rohit asked and Rahul shook his head, still looking at Virat and not at Rohit.

"I am just a bit tired." Rahul said looking at Virat and Rohit sighed. He looked at Virat and Virat nodded, turning to leave.

Rahul finally looked up alarmed, "Where are you going Virat?" He asked and Virat looked at Rohit cluelessly.

"Um I need to call my seeds and ask him which gardeners he's going to plant!" Virat said hurriedly and Rohit winced.

Rahul frowned, "What?" He asked and Virat scrambled to correct his sentence, "I meant I need to call my gardener to know which seeds he's going to plant." He said as he left the kitchen.

Rahul looked at Rohit, confused and momentarily forgetting about the issue at hand, "That still does not make sense." He said.

Rohit passed him the drink and gestured for him to sit on the stools, "Leave that he's in his own world." Rohit said, still reeling from the horrible excuse Virat had given.

Rahul sat on the stool and took a sip of the drink, "So Rahul." Rohit called out and Rahul stiffened.

"Obviously he is not going to forget THIS." Rahul mumbled to himself. Rohit frowned but decided to ignore this in favor of starting his investigation.

"What's happening?" Rohit asked, being vague. Rahul shook his head, "Nothing's happening." He said.

Rohit tsked at that, "Come on Rahul, how's there literally nothing happening?" He asked narrowing his eyes.

Sweat had already started to bead at his forehead and he shook his head, "Just boring same." He said barely stringing the words together.

"Why are you so nervous and fidgety?" Rohit asked taking the paper cup Rahul had almost crumbled.

"How's Tia? I could not talk to her yet?" Rohit asked, trying to approach this from another angle.

Rahul smiled at her mention, "She's fine, playing with the kids. I guess she is with Rits and Nush." He said immediately.

"Oh ok, where's Jassi? You came with him na?" Rohit asked immediately. "Yeah Shubman took him, he had something to talk about I guess." Rahul said, relaxing further at the generic questions.

"Oh you guys came in your or Jassi's car?" Rohit asked, without a delay of another moment.

"Jassi's." Rahul said now completely relaxed.

"Which one?"

"Range Rover Velar."

"Which songs did you listen to your way here?"

"Shreya Ghoshal."

"Did Sans and Tia come together?"

"Yes."

"Where did you get the shirt you are wearing?"

"Tia gifted."

"What are you trying to hide from me?"

"That we saw Yashu and Sia kissing." 

The glass from Rohit's hand dropped and shattered on the floor and Rahul's face paled in horror. Virat, who was standing just outside the kitchen like a guard, came in immediately hearing the clash, "What happened?" He asked seeing the mess on the floor and Rohit's aghast and Rahul's horrified faces.
