After Jungkook revealed his relationship with Ragini, the atmosphere shifted. Laughter and lighthearted teasing still echoed around the room, but Taehyung’s mind was elsewhere. He sat quietly, forcing a smile while inside, emotions churned like a storm.

Taehyung’s POV:

I should have known... Jungkook’s been acting strange lately. I thought it was just the stress of the tour, but seeing him now, sitting so close to her, his hand resting on her knee like it’s the most natural thing in the world... It burns.

I look at Ragini, trying to read her expression, but she looks... happy. Relaxed even. She was never this comfortable around me. Was I too late? Did I miss all the signs?

I am trying to keep my cool, but it’s hard. So many times I called her last weekend, wanting to talk, wanting to see her, but she never answered. Now I know why.

And Jungkook... He’s possessive, I can see it in the way his eyes never leave her. The way his arm tightens around her like she might disappear any second. He’s obsessed, and the worst part? She doesn’t seem to mind.

It kills me, seeing them like this, but I can’t let it show. Not here. Not now.

Stella is watching me, her eyebrows raised, like she knows something’s up. I force a laugh when someone makes a joke, but inside, I’m wondering how I’ll ever look at her again without feeling this knot in my chest.

Jungkook leans in to whisper something in her ear, and I have to look away. This is going to be harder than I thought.

The realization hits Taehyung hard, but he keeps his feelings hidden, though his mind spirals with jealousy, confusion, and pain.

Taehyung’s fingers drummed on the side of his drink, the sound blending into the laughter and chatter of the group. Yet, all he could hear was the pounding of his heart as he tried to focus on anything but the sight of Jungkook and Ragini so close together.

He couldn’t ignore it anymore—the undeniable connection between them. The more he thought about it, the more it gnawed at him. The way Jungkook looked at her, like she was the only person in the room, and the way she responded with subtle smiles. It was clear, painfully clear.

Suddenly, someone called his name.

"Taehyung, it’s your turn!" Jin’s voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

He looked up, forcing a small smile. "Truth or dare?" Jin asked, eyebrow raised mischievously.

Taehyung swallowed, glancing briefly at Ragini before responding, “Truth.”

The group cheered in excitement, eager to ask something that would shake him out of his usual calm demeanor.

Jimin smirked, leaning forward. "Alright, Taehyung, is there anyone in this room you have a crush on?"

The room erupted in teasing laughter. But Taehyung felt his throat tighten. His gaze flickered over to Ragini, who was laughing along with everyone else, oblivious to his inner turmoil.

He thought about lying. He could brush it off, make some silly joke. But he couldn’t. Not with all these feelings bottled up inside. His hands clenched under the table as he tried to steady his voice.

“No,” he replied, his voice low but steady. "Not anymore."

The room went quiet, sensing something deeper beneath his words, but Taehyung quickly masked it with a grin, shrugging off the seriousness. "You all are too annoying to have a crush on," he joked, earning laughs from the group. But the weight of his answer lingered, even as the conversation moved on.
