Part 26 - Newt Imagine

"Go ahead, sting me. I don't care anymore. I already remember things that I shouldn't, might as well remember it all now instead of fainting"
It stood there, not moving a muscle, if it even has muscles. You knew it was playing you, if you move it would pounce on you. For the first time you felt like you could be free, it was all up to the beast that lay upon you. It could sting you or kill you, you preferred the second option. You wouldn't have to worry about anything ever again. That's when Newt's face flashed in your memory
(Before the trials)

"Promise me that even if you can't remember me we will still be together"
"Newt, you know I can't-"
"Bloody promise me"
"I promise"
"Hey what's wrong?"
"What if I lose you again? What if we never get back together in the Maze, then what?"
"Hey, you will never lose me and I'll never lose you"
"But you don't know that, nobody does"
"I do, how could I ever forget you?"
"Because we're getting are memories swiped so we can't"
"I could never forget you Y/n, I will never lose you"
"Promise me"
"I bloody promise" he smiled, the last smile you'd ever see again for 3 years.

His smile made a tear drop escape you eye. He was the only thing you truly cared about all along, Newt, your boyfriend. You're about to break that promise that was made, and you hated broken promises. It wasn't your fault, it wasn't your fault you were chosen to come here. You never got a choice to be a immune or not, you wanted nothing to do with creators. You had to let go of Newt, he is important not you. You don't deserve to be here, you weren't important. You're just going to make the future worse for the Gladers. You thought all of these terrible mistaken theories, well you thought they were facts. You whispered the one thing you thought you'd never have to say, one more tear fell.
"Goodbye Newt"
The Griever started to run towards you, ready to do what it wanted to do to you -im sorry but that doesn't sound right, oh well. Oops.
You close your eyes, prepared for what was about to happen. You stretch your arms out wide, you breathed out an unsteady breath.
"I love you all" you whispered before you heard what was the last voice you'd hear besides the Gladers in the Glade.
"Y/N RUN, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!?!"
Your eyes went wide, not because Thomas was there, but cause a needle went into your stomach. Your eyes began to roll up inside your head but they went back down, your breaths were heavy and uneven. You were slipping into darkness, the unconsciousness sweep in and you crash to the ground. Before you fell into abyss of your own mind you felt the pain of your head hitting the walls behind you, and where the needle was inserted; it felt like a a bruise that was being pushed on with lots of force.

And with that you were lost in darkness with your memories to soon come.

A/N:
OHMYGOD!!! Thank the lord for me updating at last. I am so sorry for not updating for like 1-3 months was it, I don't even remember, pls forgive me. I know I suck. I am truly sorry, I have a reason tho and yes it is a bad reason just bare with me. I did make half of the update a long time ago and never finished it and when I went to go write on it it got all deleted, I was so mad and didn't want to makle another update because I couldn't remember how I wrote it and I truly enjoyed it. So I made this and ya'll are probably pissed at me because of the feels, at least I didn't kill you:) okay that sounds bad, oops. I have two other story's that need to be updated, fun. SORRY THIS IS SHORT!!!!!!!!! I do apologise for making this sort (it's around 500 words) but I wanted to make the next one all about you in your mind getting all your memories back....well almost all of them...idk...well see if I am nice enough to give you back all of them or be a jerk and give some of them back...well see.
