Valentina looked coldly at the girl sitting opposite to her in the living room. All the other members were also sitting around them.

Earlier just as she was about to leave this girl blocked her way and demanded that she gives her military modified vehicle to them. The audacity shocked Valentina. And then she got to know that this was Katerina Salvatore.

She was the daughter of a top-military personnel. The book didn't have much description about her. The interesting fact is this girl was actually engaged to Anthony but actually liked Oliver and was in a relationship with Lorence!

It was said that she was pampered princess before the end of the world and had a typical princess diseases thinking everything and everyone she likes must belong to her. And now she wants her car!

Valentina was almost about to burn this girl to a crisp when the other members interfered and stopped them. Anthony was still unconscious. Oliver had no intention of interfering much. So it was only her, Katerina and Lorence while Noelle had a attitude of watching the drama.

Valentina's aura was filled with a negative 100 degree coldness as her water power dropped the temperature around her by cooling the water vapours. Katerina was pouting as Lorence was trying to calm her down.

Suddenly Lorence looked at her, "Valentina, why don't we go to the base together? That way we can help you reach there safely too. We can go in the car and -"

Valentina didn't have much hope for this third male lead that never loved the original owner but never actually refused her directly. Yeah although he didn't harm her, he wasn't necessarily a good person.

He took the original owner life for granted, her help with psychic power for granted cause those were beneficial to the heroine. And now he likes Katerina and wants to covet her car?! Keep dreaming!

Lorence was immediately cut off as a thick purple lightning stuck just infront of him with a loud boom!

"Still think that I need your protection. Don't try to act affectionate and covet my things. There is no relation between us and never will be. Keep your girlfriend in check before I turn her to dust." Valentina coldly replied before turning to leave.

Lorence was shaken pretty badly as all his hair stood up emitting a burning smell. Valentina's thunder power was definitely strong than him and far more deadly. He could clearly feel the threat and suppression from as a same power user.

Valentina quickly drove out of the villa. Oliver never spoke to her and had no intend to reveal her exchange of those vehicles with the military. Since he was taking the stranger approach she didn't care to take the first initiative nor was she interested in participating in his mind games.

Katerina Salvatore, a space super power. It is said that Oliver was given the mission of escorting her and her boyfriend Lorence and his scientist sister Noelle safely to the base. It was by coincidence that they met Anthony, who was Oliver's bestfriend.

It was also during this trip that they met the heroine Maeve and another space power Violet. And Katerina also died before they could reach the base. As for how she died....heh it was because she wanted to push Maeve to the crowd of zombies but Lorence actually saved Maeve and instead it was Katerina who lost her life.

At the base due to Lorence's powerful rare thunder ability and his sister's position, Katerina's father wasn't able to avenge her. Instead he became a villain and later died at the hands of the leads. That's when the leads gained power to lead the base and became the leaders.

So the Salvatore family could be said to be a family of canon fodders who came to strengthen the relation between the leads and give them the ownership of the fully established base.

However Valentina had no wish or desire to help them. It could only be said that Katerina brought her own death to the door herself and no could be blamed. And Valentina had no desire of tolerating such an arrogant princess. It could only be said that she was unfortunate for having choose the wrong guy as her boyfriend.

And besides, having a boyfriend despite having a fiance and liking another person in heart. This girl was mentally retarded to say the least.

With that in mind, Valentina set off towards the city center. The thunder power was flashing vigorously, bursting the heads of zombies instantly while she used her mental power to collect the low level crystal nuclei and directly absorb them to constantly replenish her abilities.

Valentina took some time to research and experiment with the crystal nuclei and found that she could absorb all the low level crystal nuclei and constantly kill zombies without exhaustion. A pleasant surprise. It was like a loop now and within three hours, Valentina could feel that she could use her powers to one meter farther than before.

However this was only possible due to her strong mental strength and psychic powers, otherwise constantly replenishing her abilities so fast would not be possible.
