Only two chapters left of my Ninjago series guys! I bet you are all as nervous as I am. These last two chapters are about to get real. Be prepared to laugh and cheer and start crying because here we go!
(In Ninjago City atop the Crystal Island, Lloyd, Coral, and Garmadon fight the Overlord as Harumi watches. Lloyd and Coral fire their mech blasters at the Overlord, but he takes very little damage.)
Coral: Give it up Overlord! Ninjago doesn't belong to you!
Overlord: Ha! Did you hope to defeat me so easily? This form is but a shell. A vessel which I command, and change at will!
(Using his powers, the Overlord lifts himself into the air and covers his body in crystals.)
Lloyd: Harumi! Help us, please! We can defeat him together!
Harumi: I'm sorry, Lloyd. The only way this will ever end is for one side of the balance to win. And you're both just not strong enough.
Coral: You're wrong, Harumi!
(The Overlord gathers more and more crystals around him as the crystals glow purple and pink and purple lightning bolts go into the crystals surrounding him.)
Garmadon: That can't be good.
(Just then, the Overlord emerges from the crystals and lands back in front of the heroes in the form of a giant black centaur with pink crystals and also holding a giant crystal spear.)
Overlord: It is you who are wrong!
(The battle then continues. Coral, Lloyd, and Garmadon do their best to hold the Overlord off but he's too powerful. Harumi hides behind some crystal spikes as she watches the fight. Then the Overlord slices off the left arm of Lloyd's mech with his spear.)
Lloyd: Reroute power! Close all circuits to left arm! (Before the mech could reply, the Overlord blasts off his mech's left leg.)
Coral: I've got you Lloyd! (She steps her mech in front of Lloyd and the Overlord but the Overlord slices both of her mech's legs off.) Nevermind! I don't got you!
Overlord: Goodbye children. (He prepares to make a finishing blow.)
Garmadon: No! (He defends Lloyd and Coral and distracts the Overlord, but the Overlord throws him away.)
(The Overlord then throws his spear at Lloyd and Coral, who are still inside their mechs.)
Coral: Eject! (She and Lloyd push a button that ejects them both from their mechs just as the Overlord's spear hits the mechs and sends them plummeting to the ground along with the spear.)
(After almost going over the edge with their mechs, Lloyd and Coral climb back up to where Garmadon is. The three all look at each other with a serious look and then charge forward toward the Overlord.)
(Meanwhile on the ground in the streets of the city, the rest of heroes battle the approaching Crystal Army.)
Jay: Ugh. There's too many!
(The heroes try their hardest to push back the Vengestone Warriors and the Crystal Council marching menacingly towards them on the left, right, and front sides and try to dodge and deflect their blasts, but they're are too many and too powerful. With each one the heroes strike down they simply get back up. On the right side, Cole is about to use his powers, but his Earth Punch arms and scar on his face stop glowing.)
Cole: My powers. They're gone!
(On the left side, Jay tries to summon his lightning, but his lightning shorts out.)
