Chapter 14

"Did you really have to use glitter on that idiot of mine?!" complained Jinyang as she walked into ZGDX's base's main room and pouted at her best friend as she approached her with an amused look on her face.

"By doing what I did? I gave the others the ability to make him pay in a less harmful way, JieJie. He really fucked up and lost a lot of trust from the others around him, especially from this team, in listening to that bastard ex of mine." countered Yao with a stern tone as she nodded for the woman to follow her with her things to the training room they were both taking over for the afternoon to work on things for the event that was happening in less than a month from now.

"True...but seriously?! Glitter it gets everywhere! I am the girly one out of us and I even hate using glitter in its base form!" whined Jinyang with a grumble as she had literally banned her boyfriend from her condo, car and from really touching her till he had no more glitter clinging to him, after he got glitter all over her favorite pink sweater!

"That's what makes it an affected weapon." taunted Yao with a wicked smile as she pulled a sucker from her pocket and popped into her mouth as they entered the room and began to set up her best friend's things as her stuff was already set up. She knew Ming was set to join them later with the others as they were finalizing the ones that they were going to be really watching to put on B Team.

"So Bei-Bei," began Jinyang in a soft teasing tone a few hours later as her best friend looked over to her sipping her tea. "I hear congrats are in order, My Mulan has found her General at last to stand at her side. Gotta say, nice pick." she smirked as she wiggled her eyebrows as her best friend flushed bright red before muttering at her. "Honestly, Mei-Mei, I am proud of you for giving someone a chance to win that guarded heart of yours." she offered gently as her girl sighed softly with a soft look flickering over her face. "Though he moves fast doesn't he, when he wants something uh?" she added teasingly but frowned some as something flashed in her best friend's eyes before she turned to face her.

"Do you remember when I had gone to Korea to stay with my cousin for my entire birthday month when I was about to turn 15 years old?" inquired Yao as she nodded to her best friend as she frowned at her with a nod and moved slipping the picture that had been found from a binder she had placed it in for safekeeping and slid it over to her, she watched as her best friend eyed before her own eyes softened. "You knew that I knew him and you never forgot like Ai Jia and I both apparently did." she stated as she stared intensely at her best friend.

"Kun Hyeok, interfered when he had found out your phone was broken and when he had noticed you were forgetting Cheng-ge. I was going to tell you and hell I was even going to give you his number...but Kun Hyeok asked me not to...don't hate me!" rushed out Jinyang with panic but sighed in relief as warm arms hugged her tightly, causing her to return the hug back to her best friend tightly before allowing her to pull back.
