Chapter 11: Back home and Arrivals

Summary: They were all back from taking the weekend off and now comes the arrival of two different people and two people have a talk that needs to be had.

Chapter Nine

"So, I am allowed to come back but not as the starter Midlaner." muttered Yue with a frown as he stared at his mother, brother and Ming Shen, but mainly his mother as she sighed through her nose.

"Even if you had never been banned, Yue? It would be up to Yu Ming and your brother as well to discuss and choose the replacement for the starter Midlaner. And if I remember correctly the numerous reports I got on you from everyone and from reviewing the stats myself on your account? You are not a strong enough player to be the starter and I am going to guess all you did was party and country jump, while you were away." spoke Lan with a dry tone as she leveled a look onto her youngest and was pleased as both Sicheng and Ming were not saying a word as they were still waiting on Yao to show up as she had gotten stuck in traffic.

"Not anymore...for the first 2 months sure...but after that I actually restarted my medical residency, I passed my exams and everything." offered Yue with a soft tone as he shocked everyone but swallowed hard as he glanced around and saw the pride on all their faces. However, he perked up as a knock was sounded on the door before it opened and was stunned at who walked into the room reviewing an Ipad with an intense look. "Yao?" he uttered out with a stunned look as the female snapped her head up and locked her intense dark chocolate colored eyes with his own.

"Yue...how...what are you doing here?" demanded Yao with a stunned look before she grinned and rushed for the male that had saved her life and hugged the life out of him. "You upped and disappeared before I had a chance to really thank you!" rushed out Yao with a grin as she pulled back and looked up into the man's face with a beaming look.

"I was called back here...what are you doing in my mother's office?" demanded Yue with a shy grin at the female as he pulled away from her fully and was pleased she seemed to be in better health and was relieved she had fully healed.

"Mother?" frowned Yao as she glanced at Director Wang as the woman cleared her throat.

"Tong Yao, this is my youngest son Lu Yue, whose name you helped clear by finding out what really happened. Lu Yue, meet the new D.A coach for ZGDX and soon to be Midlaner once Ming officially retires though we are keeping her involvement on the team a secret out of the media for now. How is it that you two know one another?" spoke Lan as she waved her hand at them both as they glanced at one another in shock before looking back at them all. Though, she was going to have interfere as she saw the look of jealousy flashing in Sicheng's eyes and damn near nearly sighed because even she could tell whatever affection Yue had for this female? It was that of a friend or sibling.

"You're the new Midlaner?! I knew you were good when we played against one another when you were laid up in the hospital." commented Yue with a grin at the female as she laughed at his words though he was not blind to the reaction his brother had to the female hugging and was really going to have to explain to his brother that he only saw the female as a friend possibly even...his best friend considering it was because of her that he got back into medicine and stopped being an immature idiot.
