The first night at the dorm wasn't bad. Seungmin did miss his parents, though he wouldn't dare tell Jeongin. He didn't want the boy to think he was a baby and needed his parents with him all the time.
"Morning, hyung." Jeongin said sleepily as he sat up to look around their shared room.
Seungmin looked at a tired Jeongin, and he swore the man could not get any hotter. How can someone look so good upon waking up?! What the hell! "Good morning." Seungmin said, smiling at his roommate. "Um, I know you just woke up, but what are you doing today?"
Jeongin thought for a moment. He probably needed to see his boyfriends since he blew them off yesterday. "Hmm, I think my... friends want me to hang out with them today. They wanted me to come over last night, but I was with you." He smiled, letting the boy across from him know that he enjoyed their time together.
Seungmin started to frown. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to make you miss out on time with your friends."
Jeongin sat up more and ended up sitting cross-legged on his bed. "Minnie, it's okay. I wanted to hang out with you." He got up from his bed and went to Seungmin, who was on his own bed cuddling with his Sammy plush. Jeongin curled a finger under the boy's chin and made him look up, "I enjoyed spending time with you, Seungmin and I would love to do that again."
Seungmin blushed. "O-okay.." He trailed off, then watched Jeongin head to the bathroom. Why does he have to be so...caring towards me? I like it but.. he's going to make me fall for him. Ugh. He probably doesn't even like me like that. What is wrong with you, Kim Seungmin?!
Once Jeongin closed the bathroom door, he went about his business while getting lost in his thoughts. What is he doing to me? I already have six boyfriends. He thought of what his hyungs would say and rolled his eyes. If only they could see him, they would understand. Seungmin is so innocent. So soft hearted. Minho would absolutely love to ruin him. He grinned wide at that last thought. Washing his hands and walking out of the bathroom.
Seungmin was still sitting on his bed when Jeongin walked out. He decided to look up at his roommate as he walked by, "Innie, do you know how to cook?"
Jeongin looked over at the boy when he stopped at his closet. "I know how to cook a few things. Why?"
Seungmin felt bad asking, "Well, I'm hungry.. but I don't know how to cook much." His head dropped in shame.
Jeongin giggled lightly, "Oh baby, it's okay. Not everybody can cook." The nickname just flew out of his mouth without giving his brain time to process what he was going to say.
Seungmin blushed. "I know, but I feel bad. I never had to learn because my mom always did everything for me." Now the boy wished he would've asked to learn things instead of letting mommy dearest do everything for him.
As Jeongin got clothes to wear for the day, he headed back towards the bathroom to change, but on the way, he stopped at the foot of Seungmin's bed. "I'll make breakfast for you, Minnie, but.." He paused for dramatic effect, grinning, "I'll need something in return."
Seungmin blinked, "Wha-what do you want?" he said slowly.
"Hmm, I'll have to think about it." Jeongin smiled, turning to head back to the bathroom to change.
Okay, Seungmin. Calm down. He could ask for anything. You'll just have to be prepared. He was brought out of his thoughts when Jeongin walked out of the bathroom and headed to the mini kitchenette they had in their room. He watched his roommate glide around like cooking was a breeze, and within minutes, there were hot and fluffy pancakes ready to eat, courtesy of the college.
