Hello, beanies! I didn't think I'd be able to post today but as the night finally calmed, I was able to finish this chapter.

I'm sorry that it's a bit shorter than usual but I hope you like it. 😊

Seungmin watched as Jeongin walked to the kitchen to make dinner, blushing as he couldn't get the little nickname out of his head. Why do I like that so much? He wondered. He watched Jeongin take out a pan and some ingredients along with a chopping board. Damn, those arms, though.. Kim Seungmin! He scolded himself as he got lost in his wandering thoughts.

Jeongin began cooking and seemed to concentrate. Seungmin noticed how his roommate would stick his tongue out to the side when he tried hard to do something. Then, when he accomplished a task, Jeongin would smile, releasing those dimples that Seungmin loved.

Walking up to the counter, Seungmin watched as Jeongin made one of his favorite dinners. Both boys looked up at each other at the same time and locked eyes for a few seconds before looking back down. They each had a smile on their face while a light pink dusted their cheeks.

They stayed in silence while Jeongin cooked dinner, and Seungmin just watched.

They didn't have a table, so the roommates sat on the couch, Jeongin looking at Seungmin, "So, did you have fun today?"

Seungmin chewed and swallowed his food before speaking, "Yeah, it was alright." He paused, thinking of whether or not to bring up the interaction he had at the store. He decided to tell Jeongin as he didn't want their friendship to be built upon anything but the truth. "Um, well, at the store today, I was in the candy aisle when this really hot guy started talking to me.."

Jeongin froze, a really hot guy? "Did you catch his name?" His tone was sharp, hand tightening around the fork he was using.

Seungmin shook his head. "No, I grabbed a random bag and ran away." The boy said shyly.

Jeongin grunted, good, he thought. I dont need anyone trying to take away my puppy. His eyes went wide, and he paused his chewing as his thoughts went wild about the boy next to him.

A knock was heard at their door, and the roommates looked at each other. Seungmin put his plate down, "I'll get it." And before Jeongin could protest, his roommate was already reaching for the knob.

Seungmin opened the door and looked up, locking eyes with none other than the man from the candy aisle.

"Well, hello again, cutie." The man said, "Is Jeongin here?" Seungmin nodded his head, blushing as he looked down.

Once the man started talking, Jeongin knew exactly who it was and was standing behind Seungmin in an instant, poking his head around his roommate, who was blushing madly. "Hello, Chan.." Jeongin spoke up.

Seungmin looked to his roommate as he spoke, and he wondered how Jeongin knew him.

"Hey, ba- uh, Innie." Chan corrected himself quickly, remembering what his boyfriend said earlier about them being 'just friends' when Seungmin is around.

"What's up?" Jeongin asked.

"Well, you never texted me to let me know you made it home, and I was worried." Chan said softly. Seungmin looked at him with heart eyes. The way the man went from flirty to caring in seconds was amazing.

Jeongin immediately felt bad. He frowned a little. "I'm sorry, hyung. I was cooking dinner for Minnie and I. I totally forgot."

"It's alright, I'm just happy to know that you're okay." Chan replied. It became silent between the three, and Seungmin looked away. Being between two hot guys was a lot of work.."Well, that's all I came for so.. I'll talk to you later, then." Chan said. He looked to the smaller boy next to his boyfriend, "Bye, cutie." He whispered. Seungmin blushed even more, if that was possible. He gave Chan a small wave as the man left, and he closed the door.
