Piper's pov
We finally made it back home, and it was movie night my favorite time of the week.
"Muhahah, that means popcorn, lots of snacks, and food"
I declared, already imagining the feast ahead.
I quickly changed into my red pajamas, while Iris opted for yellow, Serena for green, and Elise for black.
"So, what are we gonna watch?"
I asked, sinking into our self-made pillow fort. I grabbed the remote and started flipping through movie options, sparking a debate over our choices. Eventually, after a fierce round of rock-paper-scissors where Serena and I emerged victorious, we settled on 'Red, White, and Royal Blue'.
After the movie ended and we'd consumed what felt like a mountain of snacks, we all nestled in for sleep, knowing we'd likely regret our indulgence in the morning.
1 week later~~~
It was finally audition week, and we found ourselves at the venue, thanks to a favor Elise pulled. Surveying the contestants, I couldn't help but whisper to Elise.
"You weren't lying when you said they were attractive."
"Told ya"
she smirked back.
"They're all so handsome, I don't know who to pick"
Serena commented, her eyes flicking discreetly over the contestants while snapping a few covert photos. Meanwhile, Iris remained quietly observant, her gaze fixed on the lineup.
Just then, the door swung open, and my breath caught in my throat.
'Dayum, my heart is in danger'
I thought, as a particularly striking young man entered the room.
"How can someone be that handsome?"
I muttered under my breath.
He was fair-skinned with impeccably styled black hair, featuring a sharp sixty-forty split and a light fade. His eyes were a deep, penetrating black that seemed to see straight through you, revealing secrets you didn't even know you had.
As he glanced in my direction and smiled, my heart raced even faster.
"Ahhhhhh, my heart!!!"
I silently exclaimed inwardly, feeling the full force of his charm and presence.
