Chapter 5

After my shower I exited the bathroom to find a girl sat on my bed. She was taller than me with purple hair and to find muscles. She had bright violet eyes that were filled with happiness and love.

' hi I'm Lily, you must be Maddie. I'm Dain's sister, i brought you some clothes to wear. I hope they fit you ok.' smiled at me then glanced at the small pile of clothes sat next to her on the bed.

' hi, thank you Lily, it's nice to meet you.' I replied shocked, tightening the damp towel around my naked body. Lily smiled again and nodded getting up and walking towards the door. My unease was clear having just got out of the shower.

' i'll see you at dinner in 10!' she said over her shoulder, walking out of the door and shutting it behind her. Leaving me to get ready. I had 10 minutes to get down to dinner, brush my wet hair and quickly dried it with the hair dryer I had found in the bathroom. It was still slightly damp when I turned off the dryer. I walked over to the bed where Lily had left the pile of clothes. Looking through I found a long sleeved top and a pair of black leggings. She's also brought me some underwear, I debated wearing it because it wasn't mine. I don't feel comfortable wearing someone else's underwear, however I came to the realisation that wearing the given under where was for the best. What if I got chilly and my nipples got hard? That would be embarrassing, so many things could happen. I put on the given underwear, the bra and pair of socks, the long sleeve top and leggings and opened the door to find Lily standing outside leaning against the wall opposite.

' oh you're ready, that you don't know where the kitchen is, so I waited for you.' she smiled her voice genuine.

' thank you.' I smiled, we began walking towards the kitchen. The smell was amazing, when we entered there were a few people milling around and setting the table.

' Hey guys!' Lily greeted everyone as we walked in the door. All eyes landed on us, and quickly flicked to me. 

' Hey Lil, this must be Maddie.' A tall blonde woman, wearing a knee length pink flowy dress said walking over, and pulling me into a hug. ' i'm Amanda, beta Evans mate. I can see that we are going to get along very well. Lily here is my best friend, I can see that the three of us are going to cause lots of mischief around here.' I smiled at her not used to the friendliness and acceptance of people. We headed to the table where dinner was being served I sat next to Lily and Amanda. Amanda scooped some beef wellington and roasted potatoes onto my plate and put it in front of me, it smelled divine. I couldn't wait any longer my stomach was hurting. I dove into my food and inhaled it. Amanda looked at me in shock as did the rest of the table. Amanda reached for my plate again and gave me a second helping of the beef wellington and roast potatoes. The alpha sat at the head of the table on the other side of Amanda watching me closely. I was embarrassed that I was so hungry and had already eaten my food and didn't want to be rude and take another helping.

' please eat as much as you want Maddie, you must be hungry. There is enough food for everyone, so have your fill.' he said chewing on his potatoes. I smiled at him and nodded, picking up my fork and I began eating again.

 After dinner I was given a tour of the Pack house by Lily. She showed me the living room, the cinema room with a popcorn machine and comfy chairs. Games room with a games console and pool table. Then the  library, meeting room and the laundry room. When we were finished with the tour I was exhausted, we sat in the living room and watched TV.
