Olympia's POV
What's with the billboard? Is this where Magical Institute began? Why didn't they mount the billboard at the giant gates at the entrance?
So many unanswered anxious questions flooded my mind. We walked into the building with the advanced man.
I laid out a gasp as we entered, the place seemed like some organization or company. Everyone were working in their own desks with files and documents littered around.
Is this an institution or a company?
Finally after taking the elevator, we arrived at the principal's office. The advanced man bowed his head and left.
Guess we are to go into the office alone. As we were about to take a step into the office, we heard a chilling icy voice from inside
"Wait there!"
The office's door was transparent so I peeked inside to see a weird looking woman with sunglasses. Who the hell wears sunglasses inside a room?
I looked up at dad and he gave me a gesture to remain calm and stand outside. We stood there about two minutes getting to three.
I looked into the office again but she was the only one in there. Why the hell is she leaving us to stand here?
I started taking a step forward and opened the door but I halted when she threw me a stink eye underneath her sunglasses.
"Ma, my dad and I have been standing here for long. Can't we come inside and at least have a seat?" I requested while trying to gauge her mood.
Surprisingly she looked calm and hesitated for a while before nodding in confirmation. Dad smiled at me slightly as we walked in and sat at the visitor's seat.
She looked at dad and I again, I couldn't tell if she was glaring at us due to her weird sunglasses.
"Your name?" her question came obliviously causing me to gulp on my saliva before I answered.
"Olympia Brandon"
"Age?" she asked again with her eyes now fixed on her laptop
"I'm 16" I answered firmly
"Your powers?" she asked now gazing at me. My heart does a frantic flip-flop in my chest as I exchanged scared glances with dad. He then gave me a reassuring go-ahead nod.
"I-I t-think I have three powers, I-I can read m-minds, I c-can t-t-teleport and control w-wind" I stuttered, very much unable to believe what I said.
"Wow, you're a special Shiveral" she smiled
"More like an insane human" I unintentionally voiced out my thought and immediately regretted it at once.
"What did you say?" she furrowed her eyebrows at me
"She said nothing" Father replied with a straight face and gestured me to compose myself. I rolled my eyes annoyingly.
This so called Principal here made my dad and I stand outside her insane office for almost three minutes for no fucking reason! That's top confusing for me.
"So now, I will just give you the proper names for your powers. When you control wind, do your environment shake?" she asked and I nodded
"It would have been Aerokinesis if you could only control wind but since you can cause a disaster when you're angry, it would now be Advanced Telekinesis" she stated.
I continued gazing at her with my expression turning shallow. I had no idea of what she was saying. Father seemed calm and reserved, not willing to say anything.
