Olympia's POV
A soft knock on my door woke me up, I sprawled longer on the floor unable to stand up. The knock continued, making me lay out a loud sigh; I'm certain the person knocking heard it.
"I'm coming" I bellowed and sluggishly made my way to the door, it was Anneliese.
I glared at her tiny figure and went back to sit on my bed. It was quite a relief that the mysterious migraine was gone, such had never happened to me in my entire life.
Anneliese crept into my room with her brown puppy sparkling eyes gazing at me.
"Anneliese what do you want?" I asked, typically not in the mood for her drama. She was fluffing her teddy bear as she swung her black skirt.
That's vividly what she does whenever she's in need of something.
"Sis Oly?" she called softly and my eyes darted to her in confusion. Did she just call me Sis Oly? Like the spoilt brat called me Sis Oly.
Interesting! I chuckled a bit as she continued, "I would like to have ice cream".
The chuckle escaped my lips again as I failed the battle of stifling my laughter. Now I get it, mom and dad are gone that's the reason for her change in character.
"Remember the instruction, no one leaves the house till they are back from their trip" I reminded with my head cocked out in amusement
The little brat rolled her eyes before she responded, "Dad made it clear, you should not leave us alone. Besides we both are going together" she snapped.
My surprised gaze turned into an undescribable glare causing her to tremor
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that out loud" she lowered her gaze as she apologized. A smirk of satisfaction curved my lips. That's how I should be treated in this house, with fear!
"Go tell the driver to get ready, I will just change my clothes" I instructed and she jabbered happily before scuttling out. I was actually more happy than she was, ice cream's my favorite.
* * * * *
Anneliese kept beaming as we were on our way back from the ice cream park. The driver parked right in front of our mansion. Anneliese jumped out of the car and I did the same only to halt at the sound I was hearing.Blaring sounds were coming from inside the house. Anneliese and I scuttled into the house, Jason and five other boys were in the living room playing a video game.
It's barely eight hours since mom and dad travelled, and he's already turning our home into a disco party hall. Clearly he had more liberty than Anneliese and I because he was the only son.
Mom and dad never questioned him about his attitude and character, hereby turning him into a rude brat.
"Jason what the heck is going on here!?" I yelled, almost losing my voice in the process. Anneliese immediately ascended upstairs, guess she's frightened.
One of the boys turned off the music and switched off the television. They all seemed scared but Jason didn't budge.
"What does it look like? Are you blind?" Jason asked, apparently oblivious of the tension that was turning thick.
I clenched my fist furiously as I snarled. I have tolerated so much from him in particular and he's not helping at all. My anger continued rising to the surface as I felt everything around me shaking and clicking.
The door creaking opened and closed, the wind morphing aloft like a storm was about to rock the earth. The other boys quickly left to avoid the storm meeting up with them on their way.
