Meanwhile, up within a conference room located at I.O.I Headquarters, Nolan Sorrento was with his board of directors were discussing about what's been going on in the OASIS, especially with the announcement that Lord Indominus Prime had won the race and got first key to Halliday's challenge.

"Well, here's a better question. Who cares? Halliday's contest is vitally important. I mean, it's nothing less than a war for control of the future." Sorrento said to his board of directors. "But this Lord Indominus Prime? He's not even clanned up. He's alone. We have an army." He scoffed.

"And yet, he's got the first key." One advisor pointed out the obvious.

"Yeah, he has a key, but you have to get four of 'em to win the contest." Sorrento interjected back.

"Our stock dove 6% yesterday." The financial advisor pointed out at this.

"Loyalty division is reporting profits of 28%. F'Nale." Sorrento called out to his Head of Operations at I.O.I and leader of the Sixers.

F'Nale is a woman with straight black hair and piercing green eyes. She is in charge of even arresting anyone who's in debt to I.O.I to work as a Sixer. "We're opening five new loyalty centres this month." F'Nale now informed to everyone.

Loyalty centres could essentially be considered to everyone else as forced slave labour camps where people work off their debts to I.O.I in the OASIS. Basically, debts are paid out via work forces. This is one of the things of the OASIS that everyone disagrees with, seeing people being ripped away from others and being forced to work for I.O.I without their freedom.

"Debt Services dwarfs Hardware. Now, you really wanna talk to me about stock prices?" Sorrento asked back to the financial advisor.

"The shareholders won't be happy." One person now pointed out next.

"It's not our job to make them happy. It's our job to make them money, but once we launch this little baby, they're gonna flip." Sorrento now taps the large screen behind him, him revealing the concept plan for a new HUD system, but it is utterly cluttered with ads and information across the HUD screen that nobody would be able to see what's going on at all.
