HARLEM P.O.V.

I gulped the last bit of liquor that was in my cup as Rosaliee walked in my house. "There you are!" She said so excitedly jumping on me trying to kiss me but I moved my head not to kiss her cause I still had the last of Malani on my mouth. I took her to lunch then had her for lunch at work today.

You don't wanna kiss me? She questioned confused getting off from me.

Rose we gotta talk! I said flat out backing up from her a bit.

Yes we do! She said so excitedly. She pulled out sonograms from her purse and sat them on the island before us.

You're really pregnant? I asked trying to wrap my mind around it. I've always had sex with Rose with a condom except a few weeks ago when I got back from a business trip I was dog shit tired and she wanted to fuck I didn't feel like grabbing one and I thought I pulled out. Crazy how that would be the time she got pregnant. I've never had a pregnancy scare or anything in my entire life messing with a girl except for when I actually got Malani pregnant when she was 16. That's damn near over 14 years ago. And she got on birth control after the abortion. So I was shocked as hell right now.

Yes! She said so excitedly. "Now we can get married sooner!"

Rose.....(I took a deep breath, I've only been in love once my entire life and I'm still in love with the same girl. But I never was much of a heart breaker. Sadly I've broken Malani heart a few times wether she caught me with other girls, texting, or we just wasn't together but I couldn't bring myself to really just be a horrible ass nigga and be like fuck bitches. I always took females feelings into consideration when I was with them. And the fact I asked this girl to marry me out of pity and to make everyone else happy wasn't fair to me and it wasn't fair especially to her.) Rose I don't wanna get married! I said coming right out and saying it. Her face shifted to confused and hurt and it pained me a bit.

WHAT? Harlem I'm having your child and now you don't wanna get married? Wait what's going on here?
Is it somebody else???? Like what the fuck is it? I invested to much time and love into you for the past year and a half. My whole entire family is ready to fuckin meet you tonight and you don't wanna get married! She yelled through her tears.

She slapped the shit out of me so hard I almost punched her. "You get me pregnant and think I'm gonna be a fuckin single mom! Fuck no! I invested into us! What does this girl have that I don't? Harlem come on you can't be fuckin serious!" She started to lash out in anger hitting me while she cried. "Why are you leaving me? I can't raise a kid by myself!" She choked on her words as tears wouldn't stop pouring down her face.

I could not take this shit right now! I looked at my ringing phone and it said "Bae💗💍"
I picked the phone up and she tried to snatch it from my hands. I quickly declined the call.

Is that her? Let me see! Is she prettier than me? Thicker than me? Like what is it? Harlem, NO I love you! We're suppose to be a family! How could you do this to me? My family is suppose to meet you tonight? Did you forget?

Actually yes I did forget! I admitted. I definitely forgot she wanted me to come to her parents weekly dinner and finally meet them. She planned the shit like two weeks ago. I was doing work so I just agreed. "Okay, okay, okay! Rose, I'll figure something out."

We just have to get married then you won't think about her! You love me, she's just some BITCH who wanna steal you away from me. Is it someone from your company at your job? Harlem your suppose to be with me! I'm your wife.

Okay!!!!!!!! Rose!! I snapped. I was tired of hearing her whine. I was about to explode. "I'll meet your family tonight and figure something out later. I do know I can't let you be a single mother. That's not how I was raised at all. And my mother would roll I. Her grave if she knew I was out here creating broken homes."

She started to dry her face and sniffles. "I love you!" She blurted out. I pulled her into a hug but I couldn't bring myself to say it back. Malani is definitely going to hate me after I tell her I can't marry her and I have a kid on the way. It's going to crush her.
